First time here and last, I took a photo of the hair cut I wanted but they gave me uneven razor pixie :( all the right side is longer then left side,my hair was chopped off terrible, I repeat I TOOK A PHOTO OF THE STYLE I WANTED what I always get;my daughter told me to go back so they can fix it for me,I dont think so. NEVER AGAIN the only reason Ill go back is to get the 65$ I didnt wanted to review but every time I see the mirror I get so sad and mad, Im trying to find some one to fix it but they tell me to wait a few weeks.

I did find what we were looking for but the employees were a little lost when told what we were looking for. Also, I think all employees should have a nametag in order to know who is who at the store. The online section of the store was the most useful though. The entire store smells very pretty. It is a nice store with many beauty things to offer. I like that they have many things from Korea as it seems they have the best to offer as far as that goes. I will go by again for sure. I just cant depend on the employees so much.

This place offers all brands of products that you cant find anywhere else. Great customer service and high quality brands.

Went to the salon to do my hair, my roots came out looking not so great (super dark compared to my light brown) so it just looked like grown out roots when I was told they would melt into my color. I called and they told me to go in and it would be fixed. my roots got bleached and then I guess she just put toner instead of dying it to match my hair or so it could blend better. My whole hair wasnt blonde anymore and it was basically brown. It looked nice dont get me wrong but wasnt what I asked for. I was told the toner would fade over time. So then why did I pay $400 to be blonde ? I paid all that so my hair would come out the way I asked and Im sad about it. On another note, I love Ulta and staff is always so kind and helpful.

I had one misconception and five months later they dont fix the issue within the app . This should get to someone who can fix this and better this company. Totally unexpected. And covid they should know better . Pathetic.

I do not recommend the salon. I went two years ago and they chopped my hair unevenly. I went back to get it corrected and no one was able to fix it. Now, I book another appt to get my hair colored by someone else, and they cancelled my appt the day of. I scheduled this appt a month ago. Never again. This is ridiculous.

The attendants were helpful in choosing a shade and finding a pallet that wasnt on the shelves. Ill definitely be back soon.

This store discriminates against people with medical conditions. After letting them know I cannot wear I mask I was told I could not shop there. I will never return to this store. I see no difference telling a person of color they are not allowed to shop because of their color, and a person whose medical condition makes it dangerous for them to wear a mask. This is pure discrimination.

The store is obviously well kept and for a Sunday, it’s busy, my main issue with my visit today was the total lack of acknowledgement. I wasn’t greeted, I was not asked if I needed assistance. I had several employees around me who made no effort to make any contact in any department. They helped other women around me, but not me. I don’t know what the specific issue was, they had some type of theft earlier ( because somebody was on the phone describing it at the front counter,) but... I’m still a guest, a paying customer. I’m really disappointed in my shopping experience. Not that I can’t find things on my own eventually, but it would have been nice to waited on.

I’m very disappointed at the customer service here. My sister wanted to test foundations shades an hour ago and the foundation they provided did not look good at all, so my sister said let’s try more even if there’s swatches (Not a face make over) and the manager got really upset and said it was my sister’s fault for not exfoliating. And wouldn’t help her find more foundations because supposedly her foundation recommendation was “soo goood” in her perspective..Ok she doesn’t exfoliate but at least give her other options. My sister felt ugly on the outside and with that customer service in the inside as well. Very disappointed on Ulta management but the makeup lady was nice and kind.

Very friendly staff. The store was clean and organized. I went in to buy foundation, an employee color matched me so well and offered tips and suggestions for application and skin care.

Always has a special, caries a variety of products, variety of prices and always available at a great price is their own line of products. Most employees are great but theres always that one who has the attitude.

Very clean,friendly helpful staff and knowledge of cosmetics and hair care is wonderful. The eyebrow bar by benefits cosmetics is amazing Miss Angelica Is a wizard with brows. I havent tried the hair salon or had a manicure yet.The ulta brand is affordable and a good buy.They have prestigious brands too lots of specials and they have a program where you earn points and get freebies with the money you earn with points by being a platinum or diamond member.

I’m so disappointed in this place. I can’t even shop in peace the employees stare at me like if I’m a thief. And the employees are so rude when I bought my items the cashier gave me attitude. I would expect more respect. Because that isn’t how you treat customers. If you do not like your job than don’t work there plain and simple!

Took my step mom to get makeup. We asked 4 different ladies for help. Each one said Ill send someone over. Waited over 30 mins. I have never had such poor service at other stores. Tomorrow morning we will try the Brownsville store. Maybe they can do better.

This was the worst experience of my life. Ari the manager, had the most disgusting display of customer service ever experienced in any retail store. I am never going to purchase anything from this store again and I will share this experience with all of my friends and family too. We will be taking our business elsewhere. It is utterly horrifying to be treated this way by people who are being paid to do a job. Get out of retail and go to a job where you have zero contact with people since you dont know how to treat them.

Took my daughter there because she got a gift card. This place has rediculous prices, the prices you see anyways because much is not priced. You have to take it up to the counter for a price check. Theres nothing unique at the store, most all items can be found online or even locally. I guess they get enough clueless people in there to stay open.... Or people who dont mind throwing away money.

I went here to spend my birthday gift and decided to get a microdermabrasion facial with it! The girl who did it was named Jennisse and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only that but the effects of the facial had drastically amazing effects on my skin! I’ll definitely be coming here again!

Went to get a simple blow dry and was serviced by a rookie. Nice but, unsecure of what she was doing. Scared to touch my hair and then flooded with product because she did not know what to do. I suggested to iron hair because the blower was not good and I got a little bit but with a cold iron. Left the salon and my scalp is still wet. So then, I felt bad to give a complaint there in front of the stylist and instead I called the manager. After 15 minutes on hold and no response, I hung up and did a google review.NEVER AGAIN ! A place like this should be having rookies that they know can do at least a basic before exposed to public !

Products are as you would expect. Was completely ignored by all the staff. I was there for 20 minutes alternating between looking lost and wandering the aisles and was never once asked if I needed help. Employees look at you and immediately avert their eyes. Wont be back.

Just walked out of Ulta, a super unhappy customer. Currently on my way to Sephora because these employees are too busy talking to their friends and avoiding the whole bunch of customers needing assistance. I needed assistance finding foundation and instead had an employee a foot away from me laughing and chatting it up with an off duty employee. Thank you all so much for wasting my time and forcing me to go to another store that will hopefully have attentive employees who actually do their job.

Went in the store about 8pm Thursday 10/25/18. Went in to purchase 3 hair products. The closing manager (a big girl)was very rude. And also refused to give me my Birthday gift. I gave her my card,phone number and pulled out the email. She told me You need to stand by the door and wait for signal. Which there was no signal. After I waited luke an idiot for a while. I asked her if she could check with my card. She said No I need to scan it. She was the worst and please if you know you are going to talk to customers at least have a mint or gum or something OMG.Im done with Ulta. Sephora never treats their customers like that.

I love ULTA but their employees are rude and they kept staring. I felt so uncomfortable when these two employees kept staring at me swatching product. I understand they want to make sure no-one is gonna leave the store with non paid items, but please learn how to do it discreetly.

They have great products but their staff wont even consider helping you if you arent wearing make-up or look like you have money to buy their make-up. Totally discriminating in my opinion.

Need provment on their shipment. Ive gone to Ulta in Harlingen for a specific foundation that I use. And for about a month and a half now, they yet to still not have the foundation in stock. Every employee states they get shipment every Friday but have yet to know what will come in. I believe they need to look into all beauty products and take an on site inventory of all lacking and low products to order for their guests. Along with being on the floor at all times. Other than that, this is a good store. Just needs to work on how they treat their customers and conversations need to be professional. No personal conversation in front of guests.
