Great customer service had everything I needed.

I bought a lot of HTV vinyl are colors but the white & purple were no good. The white vinyl was so hard to weed alnost like pulling duct tape up plus it was lift up during while my plotter was cutting it. the purple vinyl did not stay on shirts. I was given a txt n heat temps to followed even repress the vinyl. All the purple came up. I asked for a refund for my white n purple vinyl, the others colors I bought worked great. They told me to call the manager then she told me to call the owner..They suggested I use their heat press lol. I take care of my mom during the day who has Alzheimers so NO that didnt work.I purchased more white n purple vinyl in San Antonio to finish the job and I had no issues.I never got a refund but I had to redo 36 shirts for our Navy medical team that was here for the covid.Its a cheap brand of vinylits not kept in a room with temperature is controlled.They know it was their vinyl that was no good, I was given a discount at my first purchase probably cause the owner knew it was old and trying to get rid of it. almost 36 ft of HTV vinyl a waste.I have been in the sign n tshirt business since 1995.so buyer be aware
