I fell in love with this place today. They have everything my little home needs. I was able to change my phone number with the store clerk for my points card(they are free). They have furniture, garden, foods I cant find at other places. I found a lot of good grains, pastas and lots of other stuff. I will be back the prices are amazing and the staff is so nice and helpful. If only the would sell me the pillars out front they are amazing.

I always find some unique things here for a decent price. Plus I like that I can be in & out of the store fairly quickly with minimum wait to cash out.

They didn’t have the furniture they have there showing off I say if you don’t carry it don’t put it on display. None of the drawers were there and I can only travel to the big lots in Brownsville to purchase them. The young man was able to help me locate the item but to have to drive 20 minutes to get something that should be available on this store.

Good store but when ya want something is never in stock. Was looking for new furniture and everything they had we liked was out of stock. The salesman kept disappearing and just said could prepay but no ETA when it will come. Could be months? Associate there had no interest in his job. Otherwise I like the store. Good prices

Without the help of the CSR, I would not have gotten a 20% discount off my whole purchase. I didnt know how to use my account and i let her use my phone and she found the discount.

Love to go to Big Lots in Harlingen. Shop their garden section where I buy solar stakes. Only problem is that I bought three of a certain one (Angel) but they sold out and have no more. Went to the Big Lots in Weslaco, but they didnt have any either. Dont wish to drive farther to go check if theres any at other stores and for them not to have any. There is no one to ask about it either

If you want cotton sheets for a reasonable price they have BROYHILL its amazing. They were the second pair of sheets that I bought and they are so soft and so nice. I think the full runs around $30 USD and I prefer these pillowcases to my $$ satin ones.

I buy quite a few item from big lots. Some have been in good quality and have lasted for a while, but there are some items that nombre... bent and broke like a gazebo i bought! Customer service is great and they know my family by name! Yeah i would recommend for somethings but not others.

If you are looking for a nice quality sofa for a decent price、 go there! Bought mine for about $400、 cheaper than in other furniture stores. Very happy about it. I only wish they had a better selection of other furniture、 such as tables and night stands.

Large selection of food and clothes, furniture and housewares. I purchased a couch. The price was much lower than anywhere else. Quality is very good. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place. I saw patio furniture there and will be going back again to pick up something for my back yard.

I came in specifically looking for the cubed shelves in the paper, but they were 100% out of stock on every size. The young lady who was in the furniture section was exceptionally helpful. She went out of her way to double check if there was anything in stock. She called in via her communications system, then, physically went to check herself. When she couldnt find it she informed me that there should be more coming in and I can check in then. I was disappointed, but she showed me some other shelving units and actually decided on one not on sale. She offered to take it to the front for when I was ready to pay. Fantastic! The cashier at the front was a completely different experience. She seemed rather unhappy and I figured its ok everyone has their day. I told her about the shelves, I paid, then I wasnt sure what to do. I asked if I could use the dolly the shelf was on and she just stared at me eventually responded that shed take it out just to bring the car around...ok... I bring car around, I get off to help, I clearly thanked her very much for her help. She didnt respond or even looked at me she just walked away.....I hope her day got better.

Big Lots is a store that I enjoy going to once in awhile but dont expect to buy Quality Furniture there that they do sell. There are fun store to go to kind of like going to a bigger better General Store in a way. The store is pretty unorganized most of the times that Ive been in one of them. And a lot of the items like the furniture is torn up but thats probably from their customers not Big Lots. They sell sofas and carts for your kitchen. The carts are made out of pressed wood so theyre not going to last you forever.

Big Lots a place to go for anything you household needs. At a reasonable price! ♥

Big Lots is a very wonderful store that has a lot of beautiful things. And I found a very wonderful animated talking-back toucan.

It was alright. I was hoping to find a particular flavor of Victor-Allenscoffee/Cappichino K-cups but they dont carry it. They had a variety of flavors, but not the one I really like. I was a little disappointed, but wasnt sure if they could order it. According to the Big Lots associate I asked she said they couldnt order it. 😟

They have goodies no one else has.

I went with my family to the store and the young lady who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude. Her attitude was bad and she even mistreated my mom!! And by the way, I understand that when you call to ask if an item is available in the store, there may some misunderstandings -as it is a phone call, after all. However, when we told the girl that it was the wrong item, she laughed at us, and flat out said, its not my problem. What kind of customer service is that? This girl needs training because she just cost the company on sales for the night.

This is ok, its got a decent selection of items, including a large selection of furniture. This store is not accessible from the mall, its an outside entrance only. Several of the items I purchased seemed old, even a bit rancid, so not much of a value since theres a huge HEB down the street. I was not a huge fan.

It was a great experience.

The manager was mean. She asked me if I came with someone because she will not lift the item I came to buy. I called up from Brownsville asking if they had this specific article. The answer was yes. We have one item boxed. I gave them the price and they said they will double check for me. So, I wasted my time and gasoline because turned out they were trying to sell me a similar item.When I confront this situation, this person said she is the store manager and hahad me. She said it is not her problem. It must be a misunderstanding and left fast. I told her while she was walking...you have a very bad service! And she hahad me back again. Good luck with this kind of young and irresponsible managers!!!!

Employees are friendly and ask if you need help finding anything. You may need help because of the organization of the store. The variety of items is immense and the prices are mostly reasonable.
