Great people. They have been helping me for the past 8 years. I have no complaints and whenever I do have a problem theyve been able to fix it right away.

Do not believe the fine reviews given by the other people. This isnt a friendly place. Starting with the lady working as the customer representative at the lobby window. She has no business working with customers has absolutely no skills whatsoever dealing with people. As for the hearing aid equipment its a total joke, the hearing aids are just plastic material that will easily wear out and it never serve its purpose like the doctor had said. Supposably the hearing aids were state of the art equipment more like state of the con-art equipment. We paid $4000.00 for a pair of these generic hearing aids. She used to use a cheaper hearing aid equipment and that worked tremendously a whole lot better than these expensive ones. We have had nothing but issues with these expensive ones and now they dont want to service my moms hearing aids. WALK OUT OF THIS OFFICE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

Great staff, very helpful and thorough. My new hearing aids are much better than I ever thought they could be. The sound is so clean and clear its unbelievable. I recommend the Beltone Trust to any one with hearing loss.

I would recommend anyone to go there to get their hearing tested. Im a huge fan, glad Ive chosen to go there was the best decision I ever made .

Am leaving on vacation and wanted to get my hearing aids fixed. Had to drive 50+ miles to get there. The man was insulting and rude at first. He was a little more courteous after the work was done. I told him that I cannot use the #1 program and he erased all the other programs rendering them practically useless.

BAD SERVICE AND NOT HONEST PEOPLE, be careful when you go to this place, they quoted me $2,500 for a pair of digital hearing aids and then they sumited a claim for $3,500 to my insurance company after then another one for $ 7,000 because they said the claim was wrong, after 6 months of mistakes with claims and checks returns, they call me and ask me to paid $ 1,900 on my own, when my deductible was only 500.00, when I refused to make the high payment they told me that they will not give me any more service, and they will refund the Money to the insurance company!

After driving 20 miles to get there and getting lost 3 times I finally found the store. When I got there of course they were not open even though the hours posted said they should be.
