I went a few days ago and a gentleman by the name of Joe tended to me, he was pleasant. I had no wait time, I needed a key with a chip cut and a remote fob programmed. He was successful in doing that. I have been using my new key and remote the past few days and I have had no issues. It works great and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Joe! :)

Used them twice and both times they missed half the issues we needed fixed. They gave us a quote with generic items instead of line by line and instead of rectifying the problem, they are wanting to charge us again for the job they missed to begin with.

They are good at being a lock smith and making odd keys and dealing with safes. However their customer service isn’t all that great. Store hours are now 8-3 instead of 8-5. They are well known and trusted in our small town of Harlingen. Their store might not be as pretty as Guthrie’s In McAllen but I would take All Valley Key and Lock any day. Their honesty sets them apart.

Joe was awesome, he made a new key for my truck in less than 15 minutes. Very polite, affordable good work 👍👍

These people are rude. Everyone from the phone operator to the service man. We had our locks changed and the service person demanded payment without consulting with his office first. They need a better way of communicating. They all got huffy for no reason. They received payment within minutes from our landlord but its just not professional to do business that way. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Awful.

This is the rudest company I have ever had the unfortunate disgrace to encounter. I locked my keys in the car before work and I called them at 9AM, they told me to make an appointment from 2-4 and that they would call me before heading my way. Around 3:30 I called them asking where they were and they referred me to a technician named Daniel who was also very rude, and he said he couldnt take me because I hadnt made an appointment through him. I called back the original number and I didnt get the girls name, sadly, but she ended up telling me that it wasnt that they were busy, they just didnt have anyone to come to my car. I asked her if they had my contact info why didnt they just call to tell me that instead of having me wait. Her response? Its not my problem anymore and she hung up the phone. Worst customer service ever.

Horrible rude service! How are these idiots still in business? My mother went to get a copy of a car key made and was charged $30, but then when she tried it, it didnt even work. When she went to confront them they acted like the uneducated idiots that they are and changed their original story. What a waste of $30. These people should just close down already if they hate their job so much.

Wow... I just called for information for a quote and the person that answered the phone was so rude. I had to hang up because of the rudeness.

They had my truck for about a month and did nothing with it. Had me go back and forth telling them 3 times what I wanted done. As if they didnt have a invoice/keys in a ziplock with wht my truck needed done.. The female manager acts like a 🐕 and has a face like one too. Very rude!I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.But then again YOU CAN TRY YOUR LUCK!! Lol
