Luis is a good salesman. He showed my wife and myself what we needed at a decent price. Made the sale and it was delivered the next day. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for bedding.

Poor customer service! Just left location, man helped little to nothing & was not too informed on products. The best thing he said was & I quote “you can try bed bath & beyond”. It wasn’t the products I had a problem with it was the customer service!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

They sold me 2 mattresses and they turned out defected. They have a lump in the middle . I bought better mattresses from them because they gave me credit .But they have not delivered the new mattresses THAT SUCKS

The salesmen at this location have absolutely no drive to sell. Salesman, would answer very vaguely or not at all when asked questions about mattresses. Almost as if he expects customers to already know exactly what they want and leave. Save time and just buy your mattresses online.

Judy was VERY helpful! We were looking for a mattress for my parents and she was very knowledgeable on all the products and their specifics and warranties! We would definitely buy there again!

Customer service is great but customer must double check what model number for bed has been put on for order and delivery form. Our salesman put wrong bed on order form. We can find somebody that isnt pushy and demanding

Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I made a purchase and tried to get 2 day shipping last minute.Salesperson on the floor made a call and made it happen.Definitely recommend in comparison to other matress stores in terms of variety in all price ranges.

Worst experience ever. Just canceled my order. Not only did they quote us 7 days at the time of purchase to deliver our mattress. (Which is ridiculous in my opinion because Lacks quoted us 2) The day of delivery the called us to say the mattress would’nt be here for another 2 days!! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Needless to say we canceled our order. Beware and make sure you confirm delivery!

Nothing wrong with the product but several times we were told something that wasnt accurate. we still havent recieved everything they said they would deliver. we are not likely to do any additrional business with the Harlingen store any time soon.
