I went in on a Tuesday evening and placed an order with the Pro Desk for pick-up Thursday Am at 9:30am the same week they said it would not be a problem and order would be pulled Wednesday evening. My contractor showed up on Thursday AM at 9:30am and order was not ready. Order was finally ready at 12:30pm after I called and was hold for quite some time and spoke to a Manager.

I just Love The Home Depot! Theyre way better than Lowes will ever be!

Out of all the Home Depots in the area this is by far the worst store. As a contractor in the area this one has the worst stock or least updated bins. I often have to go into the over stock myself to find what I need. Customer service lacks strongly as we do phone sales here and never get responsive service and this Saturday we were flat out denied a phone sale at the service desk due to it being after 2pm. Which the service desk takes over for the pro desk after that time. This store needs new management badly.
