The owner is rude and argumentative. I wanted a certain 5G phone that I researched the day before. The owner tried to bully me into purchasing an older Android 4G phone. Everything that I stated about the phone that I wanted he angrily dismissed. I must say after leaving this Boost Mobile, I was highly irritated. I felt he was trying to control my wallet by insisting that purchase this older phone that I didn’t want. I will never do business at this store. He also ran an insurance company inside Boost Mobile. I would not trust him with recommending phones and definitely not insurance.

Want cheap Service? Well they have it but cant talk/surf or GPS at the same time. So you sacrifice on perks like that for the price. Talk / text and decent speed for data is all you want its well worth it but great service and coverage? Pick another carrier you pay a little more but service is better.
