Went in to purchase a bathroom vanity light fixture. The lady at the desk greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I told her, then the phone rang. The sales (?) Lady took the call and I looked around trying to find what I needed.After several minutes, the phone call still had her undivided attention, so I went to Lowes and bought what I needed.How can a bricks and mortar specialty store expect to stay in business if they ignore customers who COME IN THEIR STORE TO BUY MERCHANDISE, and talk to someone on the phone instead?Wont be going back.
