I bought a 09 jeep cherokee her about 6 weeks ago. 1st told me they replaced the brakes that was a lie. 2nd got a 3 month warranty but the check engine light came on before i even got it home. Found out it was the catalytic converter. The warranty did not cover the cat.Now the check engine light is on again, this time its the fuel injector again not covered in the warranty.DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!!

Bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue from them in 2018. The guy swore up and down to both me and my dad that the car had a clean history and there were no accidents on its record. I was plagued with car problems after purchasing it (replacing 2 control arms, catalytic converters going out, etc.) and chalked it up to rogues being problematic. Well, I just tried to trade the car in at a dealership and they showed me there was an accident within the first few months of the cars first owner. Incredibly deceptive and disgraceful business practices from this dealer. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

They place have nice people to talk with but not customer services at all. They had scheduled multiple people in a day when they cannot do all the work. I think it’s not worth it been in a chair for 5 hours for a simple job. Even though I called ahead they still wanted me to come in to do the work when they didn’t have space.

Justin was very helpful and prompt addressing all of my questions. He even washed the car before I picked it up. Excellent service and price. Will definitely be back for my next car purchase.

I spent a long time searching for my next vehicle knowing exactly what i wanted. After finding it here, everything went very smooth. Justin was great and very honest to work with. I am 100% satisfied with everything.

Recently purchased a 2004 BMW 545i from there.. said that it had a fresh tune up and recently replaced valve cover gaskets. I havent even owned the vehicle for 2 months and I cannot even drive it as the valve cover gaskets need replaced immediately and there is a serious misfire issue happening. Even replacing the spark plugs and coils I noticed not all of the plugs are the same so I know they didnt do a proper tune up. Im now currently paying on the car and covering the cost of whatever it will be to fix the issues. Please do not buy a car from here. Its not worth the headache.

I spent a couple days going through vehicles here and worked with Brian and Justin; I ended up getting my vehicle somewhere else, but the service was great and they sell great vehicles. The were cool about letting me take a couple to my mechanic to have them looked over and were always available when I stopped by the lot to look at something. Brian was also pretty knowledgable about what they had in stock and had a good demeanor. Id recommend to anyone looking for a ride that is in great condition but not new and expensive.

Person running the place was so rude. I asked if I could look at the used cars after I asked if he would buy my Toyota Tundra for my price and he said no. He never spoke to me again and I of course left. Worst service ever at a car dealership so I would not entertain buying a car from this place. I wouldnt even give them a full star. Maybe just the left corner of a star! Keep driving.

Buyer beware: If interested in 2011 BMW 335D vin: WBAPN7C52BA948829 ask about diesel particulate filter problems. This car was listed on Craigslist by the previous owner for $7800 because it needed work(diesel particulate filter replacement). I contacted Cars Trend about this vehicle and they were happy to answer my questions until I ask about this issue. They will no longer respond to any emails I send them.

DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!!! Buyer beware.....Attempted to purchase a silver 13 Chev Avalanche (Last 4 VIN# 9932). Justin was nice to talk to and accommodating with sending additional pics requested. Was told to get my own financing since I was out of state, which was fine and I was pre-approved anyway. Bank calls me to pull the loan due to ODOMETER TAMPERING. Find out that 3 YEARS of Carfax was removed and an AutoCheck report shows a purchase by Cars Trend from an auction and later a new title issued with 80k miles less. This vehicles mileage was confirmed with the Chevrolet dealership that performed the final state inspection before going to auction. Real mileage is 178,240 miles. Suspected that the gauge cluster was changed out. As with any used car purchase, it is up to the buyer to know what youre getting into. I almost got taken for a ride. Do yourself a favor and buy both of these reports when serious about a vehicle purchase....especially from this dealer. I would be very cautious if I were you.
