We have used Crystal Springs for years and have never had a problem. Their customer service is always helpful. The gentlemen who deliver our water are always very pleasant.

I love the ease of having water delivered for the amount we drink and couldn’t live now without the k cup built in ( the barista water cooler) but getting a hold of someone and ordering online could not be more difficult. Please work on your website.

HORRIFIC SERVICE! Been a customer over a year, cancelled my account in January after 3 missed delivery dates. Got a delivery notice AFTER canceling, called customer service and was told it was a glitch and that I would not get a delivery...truck showed up an hour later expecting to deliver. Were supposed to pick up empties on 2/19, never showed up or called. Got a bill today for $3.99 for cooler rental. Called AGAIN, waited 20 minutes only to be told that they had my service disconnection scheduled for NEXT WEEK, then hung up on while transferring me to the powers that be. - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have recordings of all calls and in addition to sharing my nightmare online, am contacting the BBB and Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Protection. #UNBELIEVABLE

Products are fine. Service is questionable at best. Website is embarrassingly hard to navigate. Crystal Springs bought out The Water Guy, and since they took over (a year or so ago) we have yet to receive a correct order, weve had to reset our account multiple times because of system updates, and calls to customer service lead to a series of finger-pointings: THIS company handles accounting, THIS company handles ordering, THIS company handles the actual deliveries. And its always someone elses fault when something goes wrong. WE JUST WANT WATER.
