Called up Nelson never met him b4 he old him I had a problem with my setup. He told me to stop by. He checked out my Cadillac STS and got me squared away for free no money asked!!! I will b stopping by to drop of $50 just because he is a good dude and rly helped out!! Great Customer Service 💯💪🏾

I highly recommend Noisegate Car Audio to anyone in need of audio service for their car. This place came highly recommended. It took over a month to get an appointment due to the high demand for their service, but it was WELL worth the wait. My lexus GS350 sound went out, and I was told by Lexus that I would have to spend $2,000 to just replace the entire system. I took my car to Noisegate and the gentlemen was able to diagnose that I had a water leak in the rear quarterpanel near the trunk that rusted the brackets and soaked the amplifier. The gentleman cleaned up the water, sealed the part of the car that was leaking, fixed the wiring, and wrapped a plastic covering over the amplifier to protect it from further water damage. He was honest and said he cannot guarantee that the system may not go out again due to the leak, but suggested that I get someone to look deeper into where the leak was coming from. It ended up costing me around $120 for his service, and I did not need to replace the entire system. I took the car there at Noon and at 2:15 p.m. I was told that my car was ready for pick up. When I picked up my car, the stereo system was playing like new. I dont usually leave reviews, but this review was well deserved. If you are looking for professional, knowledgeable and honest audio service, then look no further and call Noisegate.

Best place to have car audio and video installation done professionally, locally. Nelson, has been the go to guy for over 25 years. Its like, choosing a good food place, over a Fast food place.

Had tuner go out after installation. Had to order part. Said he would call when it came in. Never called me back. When I called 2 weeks later he set up an appointment. Went to appointment, he wasn’t there. Waited for an hour. Called back several times. No response. Very unreliable!!!

What a great place for all your audio needs! This is not the first time Ive had Nelson do an install for me and it certainly will not be the last. His customer service was top notch, as always, throughout the entire build. His knowledge is far superior and work is of the highest quality. I purchased a new vehicle in 2019 and I am very OCD. I wanted more than what the factory stereo had to offer but was hesitant with it being a new vehicle. Lets just say that within the week I had my vehicle back and couldnt be more pleased with the attention and detail to what was done. The vehicle sounds and looks great. If you are searching around, do yourself a favor and look no further. Nelson has been and always will be the real deal. Schedule an appointment and dont waste your time or money somewhere else.

I absolutely recommend you go see Nelson. Hes the man. Full of great knowledge. I asked so many questions Im surpris d I wasnt kicked out. But I was welcome and encouraged to ask more. Also gave me some last minute deals before I left. Highly highly recommended.

Nelson is incredible. Bought some cheap double din stereo for my f150 that I had no clue how to hook up. He did it after hours for very cheap! He does really nice work. He checks all functions to make sure everything is working properly before he gives your car back. The crappy back up camera wouldnt work so he trouble shot it, after hours, for an hour, FOR FREE! I live in Lancaster and will be driving to him for all of my car audio needs. After he was done he gave me his card and said to call if I have any questions at all. True business man and excellent customer service.
