Bought my 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport there the people were very nice and helpful . 10/21/21 Update emailed Greg about paint chip that I was told would be fixed so I emailed him and so far have gotten no response from him to bring it back so it can be fixed also I noticed that it was dripping some fluid on last Thursday emailed him about that too and have got no response so now Im really not happy I love the car it drives great and it all I could have hoped for in a newer vehicle than my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited . What am I supposed to do hope it doesnt blow the motor or take it to a real car guru who will fix it and cost me money when this cost me enough please help me I love this car and I was so happy now Im just worried

The salesman was great, I told him what I was looking for and he went and found it. We got a great car for a great low monthly payment. One of the greatest car dealerships I have ever worked with. No pushy sales tactics and such a professional approach. Brendon (my sales guy) was great, responding to all my questions and requests. My car was a custom built order and the delivery process was super smooth. Their financing rates are also great (if you have a good credit of course) and signing all the paperwork was a breeze. There is no doubt that if I buy another Chevy again I will buy it from Turner chevrolet again, even though they are 120 miles away from my home. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Your dealership has failed to fix my vehicle and order a part successfully multiple times. Wasting my time and making it difficult for me to live without a proper working vehicle has become unacceptable and disgustingly redundant. Not to mention making me wait an extra day to have my vehicle after I purchased it only to have multiple mechanical failures less than 30 days after I drove the car off the lot. Your sales department sold me a heap of junk and your service department cant fix it. Your company is inadequate and incapable of doing its job which makes your existence pointless. Besides failing to do your jobs repeatedly, your service department also lost my drivers license. I havent lost my drivers license in over 15 years Ive been driving since 2006. Take my car to your service department after you failed to fix it and when I receive my car it is been rummaged through personal items and clothing have been relocated in my vehicle and my drivers license went missing. Luckily I was smart enough to take my debit and credit cards out and take them with me so they wouldnt also be misplaced. Im holding your dealership responsible for finding my drivers license or reimbursing me to get a new drivers license since youre incapable of fixing my car or selling a car that works properly. Your lack of customer service is ridiculous. Ive called many times to receive no answer and left many voicemails to receive no call back. Your company is a joke and your service department is, at best, an overnight parking lot for vehicles you are unable to fix.

I had a recall repaired on they said it would be 2 hours and it was only an hour and maybe 10 minutes very fast efficient and clean service. And the people that work there are very very nice and very honest which is something hard to find in todays world I will definitely keep taking my car there

Dropped my truck off the night before to have it serviced. At around 11 am (my appointment was at 1:30 pm) the service team called and said my truck is ready for pick up. Fast service and quality service that’s what makes me come back. Customer service is spot on too. Sales had my keys and paper work ready and waiting for me to pick up as soon as I got there! This dealer is great would highly recommend!

What can I say? I was very impressed by the service and attention I got from Steve Chapman. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure my Tahoe was tip top and in great working condition and pointed out anything that needed attention and called me to tell what my Tahoe needed done before they did any work on it. You have no idea how much I really appreciate that. I am only in town for a few more months and I will for sure bring my Tahoe back for anything that needs attention. The topping on the cake was he had it washed for me. Thank you for your service. Much appreciated.

My vehicle was in there 3 times for service. The first 2 times, 1 of the 2 issues were never fixed. I was told there is nothing wrong with my vehicle and to unplug my phone charger and other chargers and to remove the bedazzled ring around my start button and that will fix the problem. Within 24 hours, the same issue appeared again. I am done taking being inconvenienced and taking it back to be told its not covered and theres nothing wrong, so I will be putting a piece of black tape over the light so I no longer see it. :D PROBLEM SOLVED!!! The employees I spoke with were at least decent and listened to me rant.

I would like to highly commend Turner Chevrolet Service Department for doing, what I see so far, to be an excellent repair on my Turn Signal MultiSwitch on my 2011 Malibu at a more than I expected, reasonable, fair cost. AND in a very timely manner. I had been taking my Malibu and my 2010 Traverse to a different dealership in Palmyra from the day I bought them new. About a year ago I thought I was treated very unfairly by them and now it looks like I may have found the new repair shop to use. Thank you very much.

Was told that the state inspection would take 90 min. I waited. After 90 min, they offered me a ride home, since the repairs would take several more hours. Then I waited another 2 hrs for a ride. The shuttle had returned, but the service advisor hadnt submitted the form. So I waited.In the afternoon, the shuttle driver called me asking if I still needed her to pick me up. I told her that I didnt know, since I hadnt been called that the truck was finished. She told me that the service advisor DID Call me, and that it was in fact done. Not a very happy experience Im afraid.

We purchased a new box truck from Turner Chevy for our company nearly 3 months ago and have still not received the permanent Connecticut registration. The vehicle came with a temp out of state registration and they were supposed to register the truck for us and mail us the plates. Now the temp has expired and we have just been getting the run around. We offered to walk the registration through ourselves if it would help but continue to get broken promises. Now we have delivery truck parked and a driver out of work because of this company. Our sales rep Jim M. has not been of any help. We are looking for resolution on this ASAP.

After scheduling for transmission cooling line replacement and air conditioning repair, I new it would be an extensive and expensive worker order. But I was somewhat disappointed when I went to pick up my Trailblazer that an exhaust leak was detected during your 27 point safety inspection but was not shared with me in any of the 4 phone calls I had with Steve. I would have had it repaired while my vehicle was there, but now I will take it to an exhaust shop, costing you some additional business and me another day at a shop. In addition, I had requested a transmission fluid change that never happened, again, business and revenue that your dealership lost. Im disappointed in what work could have been done there, but was never informed of until after the fact as well as work that was requested but was never performed.

Today October 5,2021 I scheduled a visit for my vehicle to be looked at because the motor was making a knocking noise (potentially a blown engine). After inspection the technician stated it was just because the oil was over filled and needed to be changed. Upon picking up my vehicle, my car is still making the extremely loud noise coming from the motor and the service department stuck me with a 100 dollar bill still not actually fixing my vehicle. Also sending me on the road with a potentially dangerous car to be driving on the highway.

The service folks at Turner did me a real solid this week. The 12 volt battery in my Volt was faulty, thus bricking the entire car in my driveway. Turner recommended an excellent towing service and had the car ready for pick-up about 3 hours later having also fixed a couple of recall items, changed the oil and rotated the tires. 2014 Chevy Silverado High Country.. they sold me a lemon now they capitalize on repair work. 4 wheel drive went out before 2016. Radiator went out, battery dead in the first year or two, seal around exterior cab light went bad and ceiling fabric material all stained. Prob a dozen other things.. fast forward to today. They fixed lower ball joints and cross arms.. “ it would be smart to get them done together”, they say. So $1800 my cost $600 their cost. Probably advisable not to have your receptionist give me the dealer invoice. Oh btw, the noise I took it in for was is the transfer case @ 93k miles… which seems completely acceptable to Turner for this to happen. Shouldn’t they first find the noise you took it in for (that conversation is another debacle and too much for this one).Options? used transfer case for $1800 that has 89k miles on it.. GM new 5000, or evidently fixing it is also 5000 because of labor ( which is understandable considering the labor charge and the actual labor reading from the dealer invoice). Hmm decisions… $5000, $5000 or $1800. So I went with the used, took it in Tuesday and told them needed it by Friday, and got the guarantee it would be done. Called wed afternoon… no part… Thursday morning 3 times.. no response. 3pm Thursday afternoon, called, ‘part did not make it in’. Used parts they can’t be returned, so they take your vehicle hostage until they get the part. $900 or customer satisfaction. They choose $900. Evidently it was my fault the part wasn’t in because I was a little wish washy on the go ahead, so I canceled the order and asked for my truck back. Which they so eagerly accepted. Also, Did I mention that the engine light was coming on and in the midst of all that was fuel injectors? Another $1400. Which I told them to hold off. But still got a call from them today telling me that my injectors are in and asking if I still want them.. Do they not have customer service software that alerts them of customer service activity!?!?? I don’t blame the service rep as he is at the mercy of their policies. I won’t be back. That will leave open slots for those poor souls overpaying for break pads and air filters (and you may as well replace the rotors while the tires are off because it will save you money).

Rude management, didn’t explain what what’s causing the issue to exist that they wanted me to buy a $634 part for that was going to bring the bill close to $1,300 with no explanation of why!!! Rude service manager, called to explain my Google review as it was “concerning to read in their opinion”, and they hung up on me. Never take your care here. Bad service, bad management, and whilst they may have done what I asked, replacing my electrical fan, they didn’t catch a condenser leak that would have meant no A/C in 85° PA summer humid & hot weather. They act as if they care, but their tone of voices and cutting customers If and hanging up on them isn’t professional or good customer service at all. Take your car somewhere else.

Went in for an appointment to have inspection and emission stickers reissued due to a windshield replacement from a stone. Was told it was a simple procedure that would only take only 10 to 15 minutes. It took 35 minutes for the vehicle to be returned from the service area and another 17 minutes to have the bill processed. Not happy with the delay or the response from the people that process the bills in the service area. They seem to me more content to chat with each other than get people in and out with minimum delay. The answer I got for the delay was the lady doing the processing was very busy and working by herself. For the record, I was the only one in the service area waiting room waiting for a vehicle.

Christie was so helpful in setting my appointment and making sure all my needs were addressed. Everyone I came in contact At the dealership with when dropping off and picking up my car was friendly and super helpful.Both Dave and Gay - the shuttle drivers - were terrific. They got me home and back to pick up my car in a safe manner and I truly enjoyed our conversations during the trips.Completely pleased with my experience. Thanks to all!

Waited almost 2 hrs for an oil change. you would expect to be taken care of right away after having a 1:30pm appointment. They inspect your vehicle then come and tell you everything they found wrong so you leave with an enormous bill. How about just doing what you requested an oil change 🤔.
