I really appreciate the relatively clean restrooms with fully stocked supplies at this gas station. What I was more impressed by was them having the tampon/pad trash and toilet liners. I hardly see that anymore. The biohazard waste was great. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that at a gas station before. Their selection in store in fine. No alcohol at this location, if you’re looking for any, but the SHEETZ across the street does have some.

Few parking spots not that big 4 shower nice and clean bout 6 pumps pizza is great too

Wanted a shower at 5am, just drove 11 hours.. 2 employees and neither can clean showers? A maintenance person does? But doesnt come in till 7am? NOT OKAY!!!

I love this place its easy to get fuel quickly compair to TA anf flying j..very friendly staff members always helpful....

Cheap gas and good food

They expect you to see the reserved parking written from 1990 when it’s so faded out. Even if I didn’t not pay for the parking how was I supposed to know it was a reserve spot when it’s not properly marked by a reserve sign? The signs are just thrown in a corner bent and broken. I will not be stopping here again since while talking to the young lady the gentleman that was with her had to interrupt every two seconds claiming he knows the D.O.T laws like an actual officer as he so put it in such a pleasant tone, expecting me to drive 20 miles at 5mph on the highway without tripping my logs.

Great place to get a hot mug of coffee in the morning. The team is fantastic as well...Marina, Joe and all of them at the store...so many names just to name a few. Thanks guys!

As a regular who live in the area and friend to a number of employees and veteran costumer service member I hate to see negative post on the industry this crew does an amazing job given what they have and not everything can be perfect regular employees keep it up!! They are all awesome people as long as u don’t come in and give them crapy attitude and remember everyone has bad days not just youStop in say hi and fill up one of the few places I trust for fuel and foodHey corporate ive worked in some grungy places not that this is but it could use a little facelift and maybe something for the great people who make you your $ on there back i know their personal stories and can give you names of those who deserve a little comfort and would love a little appreciation for the years of service

Very Clean. Helpful staff. Open 24/7. Hot food. Last minute gifts and travel supplies. Regular stop when I am in the area.

Not too much for parking here but its pretty clean.

Failed to do multiple courtesy checks and also the bathroom looks like someone let a rampant child destroy the counter, and the soap dispensers were all broken. My wife said that there were NO TOILet paper in multiple stalls. She also informed me that the automatic flush didnt work on multiple stalls. I will not recommend this pilot. If this is how they keep the bathrooms.

Clean. Curtious. And the manager Chuck is one of the most generous and kindest souls a stranger could hope to come across so far from home. Truly the best Pilot experience ever!!

We stopped at this truck stop while we are on our way somewhere and it seemed relatively clean for how busy it is, the bathrooms were large enough to have stalls available even when they were sort of busy. And a nice selection of food and snack items available.

Went to get a pizza hut pizza that should of been a 24 hour pizza hut. Associate that was working said he wasnt making any pizzas and said he closed it at 10PM. The place wasnt busy and he was trying to ignore me. So I called guest services for pilot gas station and they hang up on me when I didnt know the store #. Great customer service and support! If I could give you 0 star rating I would because 1 star is way to generous. You guys should just fold up.

I drive a cargo box truck and I was on my way to Allentown to drop off. I was exhausted and needed to take a three hour nap. I asked the manager if I could sleep out front, he said not a problem and said if I needed more sleep I was welcome to do that. I wish all the Flying J/Pilot management had his attitude, thank you.

As always Pilot Travel Center is a great place to stop and get gas and everything you need. It is safe, bathrooms are clean, secured place and great customer service.

We was traveling and we stopped there off the highway to get gas and food the cashews with nice and polite it was no hassle at all everything was fast we got back on the road and it was good good.

I was stuck without gas. They were the only place with a western union. They truly helped saved my life that day. The staff were very friendly.

As I always do, I checked in to the website. I was given a code to fuel. The pump said that it couldnt find it. I put it in 3 times then I went in. The pierced lackluster clerk said i dont have anything to do with it. She did finally offer to put it in manually, but by this time I was over it. I will fuel some place else. It is a shame that there is no such thing as customer service anymore.

Good for fast stop. Ez scale in and out fast. Parking? Very limited. Go to big truck stop if you are camping out.

This is a great clean gas station/ truck stop with public restrooms and even showers for travelers and truckers. I was pleased to find my favorite coffee drinks by La Columbe there as well! Excellent beverage selection and even an in store Pizza Hut! Not as good as a regular Pizza Hut, but pretty good on the road. I like the service here better than the Sheetz across the street, and its just got a better vibe.

Very nice people working behind the counter! The Ice is a good price here. The place is very clean and accommodating to truckers.

Needed them to do a welfare check on one of our older drivers who hadnt checked in with us for over 24hrs. Spoke with Chuck who quickly went out himself & got in touch with the driver. 10/10 customer service. Wish more places had a guy like Chuck.

Tiny facility thats a bit difficult to get into. Tiny parking lot and only a few diesel pumps. The staff is always friendly when Ive stopped and the place is fairly clean and well stocked.

If you drive any kind of RV (pull behind, fifth wheel our full camper) please do not park in an 18 Wheeler spot. We are so limited on parking and have a hard enough time without having to fight you for a place to sleep. Take your car off the hitch and take 2 regular spots please. If you would like your toilet paper at home, let us deliver it safely and timely. If you bought it, we brought it.

Stopped in for some food. They had a pizza hut express, which was tasty. However, for my drink Pizza Hut makes you use the store fountain drinks, not the issue but the issue was that they were so nasty and dirty. I mean green mold or fungus growing on them it was just plain nasty. Clean your machines!!!

Always good. Folks that work there are friendly which is hard to find these days in locations such as this.

Not much parking, about 8 fuel lines. The staff is super friendly. Huge potholes out front and other truckers that choose to park out front and impede other drivers from leaving or entering. Still, it is Gary, IN so you pretty much know what youre in for.

The sign at the traffic light says NO TRUCKS for a reason. Cops like to sit and wait at the gas station across the street for a big money ticket. Their is only one entrance for trucks. Both cars and trucks use same entrance.

Basic travel station but with a Pizza Hut express and showers. Very helpful. No postcards if you’re traveling and look for some.

I go to Pilots all over the east coast. This one is small and not the greatest. Better off going to TA or Flying J down the street.

Hate to say this cause I usually like Pilot truck stops. The mens room was one of the worst Ive ever seen. 2 of the 3 toilets were overflowing with you know what, the food racks were empty and there was trash all over the floor. The employees seemed to be more wrapped up in there chit chat session than working. However like every store in a chain like Pilot you are going to have issues like that. As we all know nobody is perfect

Small Pilot, but the one manager went out of her way to fix something for me, which I was very grateful for. She was very professional.

Very clean, very comfy and pretty had 3 every essentials like a hotel with washer and dryer.

Easy in and out and quick access to the interstate. Several registers were open and bathrooms were clean.

This morning I had an allergic reaction and was lucky to be at a Pilot. The cashier Saved me,got me wet towel,kept checking on me and all while she was busy. Wish i could have done more for her.

One of the smaller Pilots Ive been in but, has almost everything the bigger ones have. And, not as busy as the Frying J just down the road.

The Best Cheese Bread on the Planet... Never get the stuff on rack... always get it made fresh.

Truck entrance sign is small and not lit up tired to get there at night and completely missed the sign as i had to turn around and look harder for the entrance when I was finally pulling to the pump heard over the radio need to make a better sign for here

Good place to stop for gas and munchies and drinks and food they have warm food and an areA to sit down to enjoy ur food or just to relax

The attendant was nice. With my pilot card I got a cup of ice free with my purchase.
