Good location the pumps run slow

Horrible customer service, worst gas station I ever tried to spend my cash at. They need learn to sell all merchandise regardless of the time night or day hours. Never spending money there again.

Very small parking lot. Sometimes its tricky to get out, but they have what you need like any typical gas station. Usually a lot of people hanging around asking for money.

Pay attention if youre not from this area, This store is open 24 hours. After 7pm you get served at the window not inside. You can go inside from 5am to 7pm.

The people working there now seem to be a good bunch of employees

This store tries its best to provide the best service and product inventory to local and out of state customers. Lobby closes at 7pm sharp. Only certain items can be sold through the window(ciggs gas) no self serve will be sold after 7pm no lottery doughnuts etc. I can say there is an awesome team working round clock doing their very best. Keep in mind this spot in the city is where the rough begins, trust me it only gets worse as you go up market st. Its a very busy spot in middle of city so expect delays pumps not working properly bathrooms closed to public. The clientele here is mostly homeless and ppl with disabilities so yes the staff is often overwhelmed with ppl overdosing in their bathrrom which by policy they have to close for 24hrs after discovery untill inspection and investigation by higher ups is done. By far cheapest prices on cigarettes and gas. Coupons accepted .no money order or money gram services. You can reload prepaid cards. Rewards cards offer discounts and bonus perks upon point scales. You can now buy lottery with debit or credit card.

Went to speedway to get gas on my way home from work since the site said it was open 24 hours. The keypad at the pump wasnt working so I attempted to go inside to the cashier. There was no sign that the doors would be locked after a certain time. No one spoke to me. I called numerous times to verify they were open and the wonderful employees proceeded to stand around inside, doing nothing. If the store lobby closes at a certain time, it should be posted.

Paid with cc, but the pump wouldnt work. I hit help button, but no one answered. I put the pump lift latch back down and up again. Then the pump worked, but the receipt wouldnt print. I walked in and the cashier confirmed the latch has to be doubled lifted and she apologized for no one hearing the help button. Needless to say I dont like waiting in lines at gas stations for receipts. I suggested to the cashier to post a sign on the pump that the pump lift needs to be lifted twice for it to work.

I like how there is a window buy the movie machine that people can use wjen lobby is closed after 12am. But i stopped by to use the restroom and the pregnant employee told me that there was no public restrooms. But i kindly for my coffee and left.

On a road trip - bought gas and went inside to get snacks. Asked the person stocking if I could use the restroom. The lady said “it’s out of service”. I said okay, have a nice day. She didn’t say anything in response. Very rude. Would not recommend going there even if you were out of gas and especially not if you need to use the restroom!

Was 5 blocks away on a Sunday. going to orientation at new trucking company in morning. Drove over to use bathroom and get coffee and a sandwich. Both bathrooms were locked I was yell over at that the bathrooms were both out of order. Yeah right. I bought nothing and left.

Extremely disrespectful cashiers. A larger female employee was swearing and trash talking me as soon as I walked out of the store. My boyfriend entered the store to purchase products and she continued to speak disrespectfully about me to her Co-worker in front of customers. Get a job where you don’t have to deal with customers and guest satisfaction. Who is running this place?

Went to get gas and was harresed by cashiers over loud speaker with insults because my boyfriend went back in to ask them to turn the pump on. When I called back to speak with manager she basically said she didnt care. On top of that the store was dirty with a strong stench of body odor. I will never return.

Accessibility to store very limited a night... Especially considering that the building is also a Police Department Sub-Station?

Rude very disrespectful people working at the registers swearing at customers inside the store is very dirty the coffee taste very nasty and they hang up on you when you call and talk to the manager not professional at all

The lady that was in the store was very rude. 1-13-17The online hours say its 24 but it really not there a window where you can go to to buy cig or gas but nothing else so at one point they do close the rest of the store. Then they open the doors at 5am well there was 5 of us out side and she click on the over con saying what do you need rudely and we all said its 5am and she like ya so. Well you open at 5 she look at us And continue to set up and basically ignored us and didnt open the door till 5:05 or later couldnt tell. Then when you get in side it smelled and her food was laying all over the counter. Just rude she acted as if she didnt want to be there.

Terrible service. I went to buy a slushy from their machine and it said out of service. I assumed since the machine was running it was only for the flavor the sign was covering so I pour my drink. Distantly in the background I hear the lady say I know you see the sign there. Not realizing she was talking to me (BECAUSE THE MACHINE WAS WORKING) I continue to pour my cup. She says it again and I look over and say are you talking to me? She responds yes. I respond I thought it was only part of the machine that was out of service. She says nope the whole machine. I respond well it works... She rudely says Well you cant have it! I honestly dont know why it was such a big deal. I just wanted a drink not be rudely yelled at by some lazy employee. If she would have just told me why I couldnt have the drink I wouldnt have gotten mad.

The cashier chronically cant authorize the gas pump to pump gas when paying cash. Time to find a new gas station.

Went in to get a candy bar,and pack of cigs. Handed cashier a 20, was told she couldnt make change. Apparently she didnt have 2 fives in the drawer. If you cant make change close down and allow someone who can to use the space. Not like it was a large bill.

Its very noticeable from the street & there gas prices are normally one of the cheapest

Sure not 24 hours... I pulled in at 10:20pm and the parking lot is full as well as the gas pumps. I walked into the store and picked up a gallon of milk. As I approached the register, they turned off the lights and said the store is closed and I needed to put the milk back in the cooler. Many pumps outside did not work and the place was very dirty.

This place is never open 24/7 the store closes at 10 p.m. if not sooner
