I called in at 3 45 and asked if they have a certain product in stock, yes they do, OK I will be there for it in 6 minutes, oh well we close in 3... Well can you take my credit card information and set it outside ? Oh we will need your card for that so no you will have to wait till tomorrow. I am a licensed contractor just trying to finish up a job, I have done business with them different times but I will go to their competition now, I am disappointed with the salesman I talked to and would say he was extremely rude and way too incompetent to be in that position.

This isnt my first bad experience. I order some siding, should have been an 8 minute event. Wrong, it took the guy 45 minutes. Now, I just learned my order isnt coming in on time, nor is the order even right.I order 3 bundles of siding and now Im only getting 1. Time is money, now I need to wait a week! Never again. Im ordering from Kohls from hear on out.
