Service was excellent !

Called for an appointment to visit the lighting showroom. Was told that I would have to pay a $250. fee up front to do this. If I found a product I liked this amount would be applied to the purchase. IF NOT I would forfeit the $250. IS THIS LEGAL???

Fantastic!!! Jen Gaffney and her team are truly the BEST. We just built a home and she was full of knowledge, suggestions and the skill to pull an entire home of lights together! Our lighting is one of our favorite things and probably most commented on by visitors! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment! You wont be disappointed!

Wonderful place. The rep was knowledgeable, and did not try to push anything more expensive on us, beyond what we wanted to spend. We bought two bathroom lighting fixtures, and two bathroom ceiling vent fans with heaters and lights. We were very pleased with our experience there, yesterday.

Parts Sales Person - Franklin was exceptional. He advised me as to what I needed, since I was unsure. He did not hesitate to take time to help me. Great sales experience.

Will never do business with this company. Customer service poor. Was recommended light fixtures by salesman that could not be used for our application, upon returning them I was charged 30 percent restocking fee, for lights that where recommended by a salesman.

Inept counter person who does NOT listen, was given incorrect supplies & went back in to the store within minutes and they would not correct anything & am stuck with an incorrect item because of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Its nice that Yale has different locations. Makes it easier to finish a job in one day.

I don’t recommend this lighting company to anyone, our church was recommended the incorrect lights by one of their salesman and upon returning the lights the district manager had a very nasty attitude and argument with the customer charging our church a 30% restocking fee for something that it was not our fault ☹️

Counter salesperson argued about returning unused items. It is clearly posted on their website that they take returns. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I ended up walking out of the store with the items. I dont ever want to go back there again.

Theyll probably have what you want, if its electrical wiring supplies. Counter people are very helpful.
