We bought tractor repair supplies today. I also bought a Bush Hog 5 foot tiller for them. Its a very sturdy tiller. Everyone working at M&S Implement were great! I saw 5 large tractors inside, getting repaired . Busy place.

I have purchased two gravely mowers from M&S implement over the years. Loved both mowers. So as far as gravely is concerned I would say excellent product and would not hesitate to buy again. However, I will never buy anything from M&S implement again. Twice now I have taken items in that were not purchased there to be repaired, neither required much, a two in weld on the bottom of a seat pan for example. The seat was off and literally it would have taken less than 5 minutes to weld. They refused to even pack it past the front desk. So perhaps they are excellent at servicing equipment they sell but trust me from my experience they are awful at customer service if they didnt sell it.

I went to M&S to have them make up a return power steering hydraulic hose for my tractor. Fred in Parts told me he could make one but it probably wouldnt seal right because of the high pressure steel nature of the hose they stocked and using a worm hose clamp on the return fitting on the pump. He recommended another vendor in Harrisburg who could more than likely do the work. The other vendor solved my problem. But, heres the point... How many other businesses put a customer first and send them to another shop to have work done; bypassing an opportunity to make a sale for their company, knowing that the work requested would be less than satisfactory? Fred was more concerned about getting me the correct part than making a sale!!I can tell you this - when Im in the market for another tractor, I will go to M&S Implement before even considering someone else. Not because of a lower price, but simply because they really care about customer service.Thanks again Fred!

Had a problem with my 648 new holland baler and did everything to try and fix it. Was just beat by it. Took it to m&s great service, great people, and the price to fix it was less than I expected. Go there a lot for new holland/agco parts and they always seem to have what I need. Just a great dealer and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Pleasant employees willing to go the extra mile to help with your needs. If you need something ag power related, a small tractor or mower, give them a try.

Bought an aftermarket part for my lawn tractor, was told even though they werent a cub cadet dealer that the part would work and had a replacement warranty. 1 week, and 1 use later, the part fell apart. I took it back to replace it as per the warranty and was met by the owner/manager at the counter who refused to honor the warranty and was rather nasty and profane in his response. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and have filed a complaint against this company. They sell junk parts, refuse to stand behind their warranties, and treat/talk to customers like dirt. Beware of this company.
