I recently did a complete remodel of my main bathroom, and while looking for countertop options happened upon the Linglestown showroom of Down East Granite. What a stroke of luck! From the moment I stepped into the showroom to the day the countertop was installed, I was treated to exceptional customer service. Using a picture of a bathroom I liked as a guide, Sabrina was super patient and helpful in looking for a type of stone that would achieve the look I was going for. She has a keen eye for design, and intuitively understood what I was trying to accomplish. But even more than that, she is a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to work with. Every staff member I met along the way was kind, professional and helpful. Down East also offers very competitive pricing for a quality product. In a day when customer service often seems like the exception rather than the rule, Down East Granite demonstrates exactly how it should be done. Highly recommend!!

Scheduling personnel were most pleasant with every call...I dont think the job or the companys service could have been done any better!

Each step was handled efficiently to include scheduling, measuring and installation. We purchased granite counter tops from Down East Granite and are very pleased with the outcome. We experienced great customer service from the point of sale through template and installation of the finished product. The attention to detail in the workmanship was spot on.
