Ian was extremely helpful. He helped my husband and I to find everything we needed and was making certain we had the correct sizes. When the helmet I wanted was not in stock, he checked and found one that would be shipped to my home. We drove an hour to go there and will definitely be back.

I stopped in to get my first womens motorcycle helmet and really new very little about them. Max was working and was super helpful and made the experience easy and fun. Within 15 mins I was walking out the door with a new helmet that fit me perfectly, fell right in my budget, and looked super cute! Im a very happy customer. Great experience!

First time shopping here, I haven’t rode in years, and essentially needed most everything (and my budget isn’t limitless). The sales lady that helped me out was super helpful and pointed me to some items to assist my search… and she didn’t point me to the expensive items or make items of lesser value seem inferior. Definitely will go back when I need more or better.By the way, nice store… great layout, easy to see what you’re looking for no matter what kind of rider you are, clean and well lit. But no matter how nice the store is, it’s the friendly sales team that makes it a great experience.

Not a bad place! Its an excellent place to go if you need riding gear, or some accessories! I would suggest that you call ahead, if you need something, just to be sure that they have it. The staff there is fairly knowledgeable; especially the cute girl that works there! Shes the best! I think that all the staff there ride, they all have bikes, and have some knowledge of them.In the past few years, I have walked in and purchased:2 helmets2 pairs of gloves1 shield for my helmet1 battery for my bikeTheir brand, BILT, makes good quality products, at very good prices! Customer service was friendly and somewhat helpful.Item was price matched to an authorized retailer, but tax was charged incorrectly.Per the employees at the store, all orders are charged Philadelphia sales tax (8%) rather than the 6% sales tax that it should be. While this was minor, I was not informed of this until after the order was placed and I asked about it.

Seems to get better every year. I travel over an hour to get to the closest store, but its worth it since I can try something on before I buy it. I only have Sunday off and no dealers are open and I will never buy gear thats supposed to save my life online.

Yeah stop asking me to wear a mask everything I come in and spend $100+, 3 times a month, every month for the past 9 months. Like no Im not gonna wear one. As well I tell every I know that ships here, and they agree, every other time is a good experience. From trying to buy a product defective product and being told its supposed to be that way, to 2 days later looking at the same exact same product and being told I can have a new one delivered to my house in 3 to 5 business days( it took 2!!😀). Also ordering another product (to the store), with 3-5 day shipping...its been over a week and still not at the store. Then going in and having an employee walk through and explain 2 different kinds of Bluetooth devices and which is the better option...it was the slightly cheaper one. Maybe they deserve 3 stars maybe 5, like I said its 50/50 on the service. if u made it this far I hope this helped.

Very friendly staff. I was walking around taking everything in was asked if I need help from a person. Told him I was just taking it in. Once I took everything in I decided I needed help with helmets. A young lady walked over to help. Asked a few questions she was looking for a certain helmet then got distracted by another customer. Which was a little annoying.

It’s not that I dislike this store as I do like it, but today we were shopping for a new helmet for my wife and a heated vest for me, no employee acknowledged that we were even there- they could have said hello or something- no purchases there today and really wondering if we will return- we have purchased items from here in the past and the service was always good.

Went into the store to grab some cold weather pants liners. (4/25/21)The sizes were limited because of the warmer weather coming, but the staff were more than helpful to get me what I needed to ride home comfortably.

I drove an hour to pick up a part that was listed in stock and available based on their web site. When I got there they said they dont stock that part but would be glad to special order it for me. If I wanted to order one I would have ordered it online from the comfort of my couch! In this day and age I find it totally unaceptable not to have an accurate inventory listed on their website.

Nice store with a helpful staff. Smaller than most Cycle Worlds so their selection and sizing was a bit more sparse than I expected. They offered to order anything for me but it made it hard to try sizes and compare products.

Wish there was a little more selection of hi-vis gear and more choices for snell rated helmets. But it was a good experience and I found what i needed.

Staff was very friendly. Answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right gear for me.

Paulie was a great help. My wife bought a 1992 kawasaki ninja 250 and we are rebuilding it and he was a great help to point me in the right direction.

Disappointing experience tonight. Went in with my husband to get him a motorcycle jacket for his birthday. Staff was talking to each other standing behind the counter. We had to approach them to ask questions and not once did they take any initiative to ask us what we were looking for or suggest anything. We literally had to look up jackets on your website while we were in the store to get our questions answered. If we hadnt driven an hour and he didnt need a jacket ASAP, we would have left and gone to another store another evening.

I have bought a good amount of gear here, they have almost anything you can want at a wide price range. They sell parts for motorcycles as well.

Ive been going here for 3 years now. Ive gotten 3 helmets, gloves, tires, oil, filters, jackets, and other products. They have a decent selection. Now I wish some of the online stuff was in the store, but you can only fit so much in one place. With that being said, every single time I walk in there a gentleman by the name of Rich is working. He always greets me by name and asks how I am doing. I always receive A+ service from and the other members of the team there. If theres anything you need or want theyll get it for you. If its not there,yet they will immediately order it and have it shipped in no time.Its my only go to shop.

This place has a great variety of motorcycle gear at good prices. So many motorcycle shops have almost nothing but black leather gear. This store has mesh jackets for summer, riding pants Bluetooth gear and tons of helmets, in different colors. I like to be visible when riding. I just bought riding jeans with Kevlar and knee pads. So comfortable and better protection than leather chaps. My wife bought a pink and white mesh jacket. Ready for summer.

I like Cycle Gear a lot. Ive purchased a lot of things from them: a jacket, insulated pants, helmets, motorcycle covers, gloves and wind stopping undergarments. The guys (and occasionally gals) who are there are very friendly and helpful. John usually waits on me but today, Paulie waited on me. I usually receive hands-on personalized service to assist me with trying items on and folding up or rehanging things that dont fit. The first time this occurred, I thought it was weird but Ive quickly come to realize that this is like old-time service but its been so long, Id forgotten how nice it is to experience. In addition to the hands-on help, John and Paulie have made useful recommendations on specific items (one model of something over another for an added feature) or for sizing. I like visiting this store for the good products but enjoy the great service. Thanks !!
