I purchased items from this retailer. Left them for later pick up. Informed on many occasions, items were in storage at a warehouse and safe. The store closed with no forwarding info and I am now out of over $2,500.00, worth of merchandise. Any information about this retailer would be appreciated. Please post here

HORRIBLE Service and TERRIBLE Quality Chiavari Chairs! Do not buy from them! We ordered 50 new Chiavari Chairs for our event venue and they sent us refurbished chairs that had scratches, chips, paint dripping down the side, sawed off bottoms. This was discovered after they shipped it to the wrong address and blamed us for that saying we missed the delivery. When they found out it was shipped to an address down the road, they had another shipping company bring it to us who refused to unload them off a truck which had no loading dock after I explicitly explained we do not have a dock and needed them delivered up our elevator and in the ballroom. Then they refused to bring them inside - in the rain!! When I complained to Matt at the Seating Shoppe about the delivery he said that I should have told them the chairs needed to be delivered inside, but his sales person, Jessica, has a record that I did tell her this - they are ballroom chairs, of course they need to go inside! I would have paid more for delivery if I was told that my request was not possible with their standard delivery. They asked for photos and said they did not look that bad. We asked for them to replace the chairs with new ones within a week before our wedding when we needed them and they said that they couldnt do that in time and we could not return them if they were used. I ordered them to be delivered a month in advance and they were late. Now we asked for a reduced rate and they said no. All they would do is take them back and refund our money - but we had to use them for an event so now they wont take them back. It is a shame that they acted as if we had the problem and not them when they had multiple mistakes. We will never buy from them again!
