$65,000+ vehicle sold with BOLD TIRES and Dirty oil.We purchased a vehicle in January. Living out of state my wife found the vehicle she wanted an Audi Q8. Since it was a difficult to find vehicle we agreed to pay the dealers asking price $65,500 expecting good service. Transaction was smooth, Jon sales and Ryan in finance helped a lot. We werent able to see the vehicle in person, so we asked questions about the condition. We were insured that vehicle had almost new tires and service was performed.When the vehicle arrived, we noticed a LOW OIL WARNING on the dashboard, so we had to take it to a shop. Once the vehicle was on the rack we saw completely bold tires, measuring 2/32 on the front and 1/32 on the back.Keep in mind this is happening during winter and the dealer sold a vehicle with bold tires, absolutely not considering the safety of the driver.Not only that but the oil, oil filter and air filter were very dirty.I am attaching pictures for everyone to see. And make sure they take closer look when purchasing pre-owned vehicles at Wood Motor Company.We reached out to the Dealership, tried to get a hold of service manager and General Manager, no one has contacted us back. Reached the business office the only answer is will get someone to call you back, and no one has.We understand that mistakes sometimes might happen and gave Wood Motor Company reasonable amount of time to respond to us with a solution of how they can correct theirs.

I went in for brakes and an oil change. The service was done without a long wait and the new brakes on my car make me very pleased. There was only one issue and that was not being informed beforehand that they were going to change out my rotors along with the brake pads. So I was quite surprised when I went to pay because it was considerably more than I was expecting to pay. I have no problem with them being changed because they probably needed it, I just would have liked to known before they did so as to allocate the money required as it was needed.

Wood Motor provided the best auto buying experience of my 20 years of car purchasing. They streamlined all the processes to make things easy to just pick out the vehicle you want and then you can contact them or they will contact you and start the trade in process. They gave me much more for my trade in than anyone else in the 2 state area!!!! I will always use Wood Motor for anything auto, ATV, or trailer! They are they best team and have the best owner and salesman, as well as financing dept I could ever imagine. I enjoyed my purchase and it felt like I had their full attention and never was left not knowing what was taking place nor did they ever try to take advantage of anything, in fact they gave me what i thought was too much for my trade in and got a great deal on a used Jeep Cherokee and finance signing took 10 minutes and explained in detail!!! Chip Johnson has something going big with Wood Motor company and his salesman Ian is incredibly efficient.

Questionable experience, my Nissan was towed here for repair June 1st, because It would not start. It had over a 1/4 tank of gas. I picked the car up June 16th. The bill was 164.21 for a + side battery cable and labor. The mileage on the invoice says 87, 014, And says vehicle is low on gas not able to test drive.When I started my car the gas gauge was below E and the warning light was on. The mileage on my car showed 86, 030 miles. Something does not add up!

Terrible experience. I paid for a service that I didn’t ask for. I have called and left a voicemail with a manger 3 times now with no return call. I will be taking my car elsewhere and won’t buy another vehicle from this dealership again.

For the large amount of money I spent the inspection I also paid for should have discovered any problems and all the problems I addressed with the head technician but when I received my car back I still have issues that were supposed to be resolved. Ive called back twice and left messages and got no response. It would be a one star but Ive been treated well in the past but that was years ago so obviously Wood motor has changed.

I brought my car in for the oil change and tire rotation on 2/26, the employees were nice but I felt a little pressured when they told me the concerns they had. I let them know I wasnt going to have anything else done that day and then another employee came and told me the same thing.And while I was driving I started having issues with the driver side tire making a grinding noise and sounding like it was going to fall off. I had my dad take a look and found the lug nuts were not fully tightened. So my tire almost did come off. I will not be bringing my car there again.

I have had my new truck in for regular maintenance and a serious problem with my transmission. Shane in the service department took excellent care of me and my truck. Repaired my transmission in a pretty quick amount of time to boot! I highly recommend Shane and his service crew and will continue to do business with Wood Chevrolet

Horrible horrible place to buy your vehicle they will not return your calls or messages and screwed me on my price and interest and after I signed the contract they made me sign another one with higher interest with the same company and put 17 hits on my credit that won’t come off after they told me it would after 30 days it’s been months still haven’t heard anything and my credit is so screwed up. And I even put 4 grand down and still ended up with 600 payment at 22 percent and I had almost. 700 credit score until they messed it up and won’t return my messages
