The young lady there did not know her products. Also you have to pay for your bags for the products there. You spend $40 + dollars and no bag to carry out your purchase.. if you shop there take your own bag . I’ll probably be shopping on line for my products!

The lady employee was very helpful. I shop Sallys often, online and store. The store is always so clean, and the staff is so friendly.

Cashier got rude with me over HER mistake. I exchanged an item for a CHEAPER product and she tried to charge me rather than refund the money owed.. whatever was only 2.18 no big deal BUT then she charged me AGAIN for the two items that I exchanged for. So ultimately paid for 4 boxes of dye when I only got two. Came back to explain the issue and get the money for the two boxes I paid twice for.. no big deal until the cashier got extremely rude with me about the situation. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a cashier. Absolutely will not be back. If you cant deal with the public then dont work retail. Simple.

Everytime I come here, all the employees are so nice and helpful. I love coming here for my hair dyeing needs.

I spend enough money at Sallys to finance a small homes mortage. I am in there at least once a week and their employee Lisa is the most helpful and knowledgeable employee in there. She always recommends products to me based on my needs and her recommendations never let me down. You cannot beat the prices and products and having someone like her greet you at the door and help your every need means a lot. There are not people out there anymore that care about their customers like Lisa does. I dont know what she is to them but she definitely needs a raise and a promotion.

The manager and cashier here are super friendly and helpful. I messed up my hair and the woman working here gave great advice/suggestions and my hair turned out great. Thanks! Xoxo

The lady was kind of rude to me at checkout when I walked in already knowing exactly what I wanted after I KINDLY AND POLITELY dismissed her offer of “helping me find something”. The way she stared at me and crossed her arms afterwards made me feel incredibly unwelcome. She also continued to stand and stare through the store windows at me in my car with a rather mean look. No name, but short blonde curly hair and black glasses.

This store has now turned away a customer TWICE because she did not have an email. Even though when I called they told me an email was only needed for rewards and not to purchase items! This customer has been coming to your store for over 10 years and you have turned her away TWICE! When she has to drive at least 30 minutes one way to your store. THIS IS ABSOLUTE BS!
