Stopped in for some TCBY as we drove through Harrison 9n our way home from a trip...didnt realize they were still around! 2 young people waited on us, noticed our pups in the car & gave us little cups for them too. Sweet!

I just had the BEST Banana Split in my life. Super nice people and very clean business.

I was sooooo happy to see them open at 10:45pm last night! The ice cream was amazing and they have the best waffle cones around!

Other recent reviews are spot on. 1 girl doing the work of multiple. She does it all really well and with a smile. Great frozen yogurt :) I have not seen one of these places since I was little as I am not local to Harrison or even Arkansas for that matter. Had a great experience and will definitely be back whenever I am in Harrison. Hopefully with my kids next time as it looks really family friendly. Be patient she is running her but off in there but she will still greet you and acknowledge you with a smile. Super customer service spot one. Remember some cash to tip if you are paying with a card ;)To the owner: You have a great employee value her and you should see about possibly adding a tip line to card transactions. I thankfully had some singles in my car.

First off the product is awesome. If youve never had frozen yogurt from TCBY, YOU REALLY NEED TO. Im old enough to remember when they first started they called themselves this cant be yogurt but it was a infringement on a copyright phrase so they changed their name to the countrys best yogurt. Regardless you will be so glad you stopped by.

The ice cream was great! I got to sample things before I outright bought a flavor and Im glad that they do that. The employees provided recommendations and were all-around helpful and fun to be around. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming too, so thats great. Its not a Baskin Robbins, but its certainly just as good being in an area like Harrison. Ill definitely be going back.

The food is still awesome but Theyre struggling a bit. Corporate must not be helping them out much.

The guy had made a pumpkin pie flavor that was amazing.

The lady working at the window did not understand what i wanted at all. she gave me two parfaits when i only wanted one and also wanted just two scoops of frozen yogurt.

Great Customer Service went in tonight and the owner as always there 24/7 working taken care of there customers. Had a chocolate shake hits the spot every-time! Zach and Tapanga keep up the good work

This location is set up similar to the orginal stores in the 80s with a modern twist. I couldnt make up my mind but the nice (patient) TCBY employee helped to create a delightful malt made up of a rainbow and white chocolate mousse. It went from colorful to a light green tea color that she topped with cherries. Oh it was the best malt Ive had in years from any place!! I hope shes working the next time Im there or I can remember for someone else to hopefully duplicate.

Great customer service and the drive thru moves faster then McDonald’s. They guys deserve more then 5 stars they bend over backwards for there customers.

There is one star employee there doing the work of five people, which is how I arrived at my rating. Its not possible to give a sixth star, though she deserves it, but it would be cool if the owner scheduled more help on the busy weekends so she could shine even brighter.

Ordered a shake and it was pretty thin in texture. But other than that it was okay.

Reading the reviews, I expected miserable customer service. But I was treated great by a new trainee and the staff overseeing him was friendly as well. I dont think the Fro-Yo and Ice Cream is anything amazing, but its good enough to go back!

Needs workers, Acone wait was 20 min. Wont go back way TOOOOO expensive.

Tried TCBY for the first time this week. Doug was friendly and very helpful. He took the time to tell us what was in the smoothies we were interested. There was a long line, which to me its a sign of good service and product, and the line moved fast. Their smoothies are delicious! We tried the Berrylicious and Mangolada.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. Good people, just unprofessional interactions.

Love TCBY. Good service. Drive thru, you have to wait then they tell you to pull around when your ready to order. People might be tempted to order other things if they took your order at the menu board.

Ice cream tastes good, kind of spendy. Place was clean. Staff was very friendly to us, but while we were in there shed let out a random curse word when something went wrong (at one point it was just because some napkins blew in from the open drive thru window.). Wouldnt have cared it we didnt have the kids.

They should have 2 people working one person is not enough

Several reviews mentioned slow service due to only having one worker. There was only one person when we were there, but the service was very quick. The frozen yogurt machines had limited flavors but there were quite a few scoop flavors to choose from.

My family and I stopped in here while on vacation. The shop seemed clean, the girl behind the counter was very nice, there is a variety to choose from but wouldnt have minded a few more. The only thing Ill say is that there was only one person working so it took a while to get everything.

I love the smoothies and the fro-yo! I wish they still had cakes but what they do have is very good!

First time here...customer service was great...smoothie was great as well. The young lady behind the counter was very nice.We had a nice chat...look forward to going back.

Good milkshakes

Had a whole group of people push past me while I waited in line. Both workers behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Was absolutely ridiculous. When I was finally able to order the girl that took my order and made my ice cream was extremely rude. Most likely will not be back even though the product itself was good.

My family experience wasnt very good . Thy were having a BOGO and figured the BOGO worked like all stores buy one get one .Not here we order the expensive item and figured we would get one for .38 not here . They did not explain the sale got to register and it was $16 instead of $8 .They need to have their staff tell people how the sake works instead of waiting till it is to late to change it . We were not the first to experience this several people after wasnt happy either . So beware of the sake and asks lots of questions since the sale has hidden requirements . They had to be the exact same in order to work :--(

They were out of strawberrys. It happens. Only one girl working in the place . She was doing it all. She was very nice. But the wait time is terrible.

Pricy and place is always looking like it could use a deep clean. If they had better management that would make their staff deep clean during slow periods it would be a better sitting place. I understand they are more costly but for the price the place looks horrible.

Bought a banana split didn’t have no To go container. Went all over our car. It was melted..,wasn’t to happy!

There are not many TCBYs left that still have this classic format. Other locations have gone to a pay-by-the-ounce. This location is still full-service, and great service at that!

Best ice cream shop in Harrison Arkansas. Freindly and courtoues staff

We are from out of town and decided to stop for a treat. First off, we are used to self serve TCBY, and this was more expensive than that. The worker who served us was nice, but everything else was downhill. The scoopable ice cream looked old and crystallized over, several tables were dirty, the womans bathroom had no toilet paper, and the mens bathroom had no towels. Now if there had only been one worker I might be more sympathetic, but there were two, possibly three workers there, standing and chatting. Then, to top it all off, my daughter found two hairs in her yogurt. We threw it away, left and vowed to never return. Just go next door to Wal-Mart and grab a pint of ice cream and do yourself a favor.

Ice cream was good but was out of a lot of flavors. Maybe they carry less in the Spring compared to summer.

The frozen yogurt is always amazing and the store is very clean and smells nice. Ive visited multiple times and plan to go back even more.

Ordered a non dairy shake, and watched as the girl poured milk into the cup. She put two holes in the bottom of the cup while mixing it, and when I mentioned that there were holes in the cup, she acted like I spit on her. Neither girl acted like they even cared that they had a job!
