Went to get my motorcycle tire balanced & the guy was fast & came out to my car & got the tire & carried it back. Then didnt charge me nothing cause the tire was already balanced...

They got me back on my bike at a reasonable rate! I had a voltage regulator go so I ran my battery down time and time again. So I strapped it down and hauled it in to the doctor hahaa. Most of the other motorcycle repair places were too busy to take on new clients, but Valley motorsport got the repairs done in a week and a half. Its nice knowing I can use my bike with confidence again!

Great place with a great inventory. Love my Kawi and Ill be coming in again soon to upgrade to a bigger Kawi/GSXR since this one wouldnt allow me to run from the cops. Highly recommend this place for whatever kind of riding or activities you enjoy on 2s :)

I had the rear tire changed on my motorcycle and when I went to leave the parking lot my rear brakes went completely down because they had never even test ridden my bike and ever since I had this tire put on there has been a vibration coming through my pedals whenever I use my brakes. I will never take my bike back here to be worked on again.

Only shop I found willing to put a rear tire plug in. Hole was tiny (brad) and inside the tread valley and straight in. I dropped by before lunchtime and waited - It took them longer than they thought, but would not charge me anything! (And it only took 15 minutes or so). 300 miles later, on Interstate and with passenger - plug is fine.

Chad is experienced and no pressure. Gave us information and not a sales pitch when we were looking for a quad. We had been to multiple stores and Chad is the REAL DEAL. Family owned and love supporting local. Truly an extraordinary experience. We will be back for more!!!!

So, didnt get everyones names but Everyone here was awesome. My Sons dirt bike needed rear tire tube. I called saturday morning and Rick (service manager) was able to get us in. We actually arrived earlier than our appt hoping to be able to go get lunch with the two boys and guess what....they took the bike right back.sales person there, showed us around and answered all of mine and my kids questions (even knowing we werent going to buy anything there).Even the person that did the service was great when he brought the bike out. Helped me get it in our van and gave me a general, overall opinion of the bike.Price wise was very fair I thought as well.Thanks guys, we will be buying something from you towards the end of the Summer!!

My friend and I were on a trip from Richmond, VA, to Seneca Rocks WV, when my buddy dropped his Z1000 at a gas station, breaking off his front brake lever. We called Valley Motorsports, and Chad got us back on the road in less than 20 minutes! He didn’t have a lever in stock, but actually took one off a new bike in the showroom and installed it in the parking lot! What more can you say?! Way to go Chad! You saved our trip!! To start with I love the Kawasaki products weve purchased, weve bought a 2018 Kawasaki 50cc four wheeler and a 2018 Kawasaki 4x4 mule both of which are new. They both are great, the first few times we were there they were great and we couldnt ask for more, we recommend them to our son also. However today we went over because the 50cc battery went dead and was covered by the warranty, after a conversation with the parts department they finally said they would replace it. It got incredibly frustrating when I was in line, I was waiting for the battery and also was purchasing some filters along with a few other things, I was asked not once but twice to step aside for him to wait on the people behind me. Im always a very patient and understanding person and Im not hard to please but I had a doctor appointment that we needed to get to so I spoke up and made him aware that I didnt have much time and then he finally finished up with me. I didnt feel like they appreciated my business. Its a bit sad because we are looking to buy a new mule for our business as well as a second new 50cc but Ill be taking my business elsewhere instead of using Valley Kawasaki in Harrisonburg again.

I was riding a 5000km loop from Toronto south, and then up the Blue Ridge Parkway. My tires were getting rough and I got online looking for a shop. I called Valley Kawaski-Sukuzi at about 5pm. Not only did they have a good set of tires in stock, they made an appiontment to put them on first thing the next day. Honest pricing, good work and excellent service!While waiting I browsed through the shop. A nice selection of bikes, and a smaller but okay selection of helmets and gear.Shop is clean, professionally mananged and they seem like straight shooters.

Save the story but older gent and parts window had really poor customer service. Ill give a star because the younger guy selling dirt bikes was friendly when I walked in.
