Even though the insurance company totalled my vehicle the staff was wonderful about letting me come and clean it out, even though it took me a long time overall. They were understanding about my feelings regarding the loss of my car and how much it meant to me. I heard great reviews about the work Caliber had done for them from the the tow company when they came to the house to get the car. If the time ever comes that I should need work done on my future vehicle I would definitely come here.

Had a deer jump in front of me in my Honda Civic and took my car to them after my insurance company recommended this place. Definitely worth the consideration! Washed and polished my car in the end as a nice gesture! Will definitely be taking future cars here.

I was able to speak with a human every time I called which is very rare these days. Texting the updates is helpful as well. The work took a little longer than the original date they said would be ready but a few days earlier than the second date they gave. Overall a very good experience.

First off... when I went to get an estimate they didn’t even look at the whole car. First they told me $1400 then when the work starts getting done I was basically told “we didn’t properly look at your car so it’s going to be an couple thousand dollars to fix”. Second... went to pick it up after communicating I was going to be picking it up after hours and to leave the keys INSIDE MY CAR. My car was unlocked but my keys were inside of the locked building.THIRD... only a few days after I pick it up I noticed the bumper is hanging on and I can pick up the bumper with my pinky. Inspecting it more it looks like they just said “screw it” and just threw my car back together. Fabric lining the trunk is not put back into place, missing trim clips and the bumper not being put back on properly.Giving them one star is too generous.

Nice when I first went in. Deer hit my car and this business was recommended by my insurance co. Ran fine when I went in but adjuster tried to pop hood which dislodged something. Blessed it didn’t happen on road. Went in to wait for my daughter to pick me up. They gave me a bottle of water. When they found out it would be 3 hrs before she could get me and no rental cars available they drove me home and said they’d call Friday to let me know when parts would be in. 2 1/2 weeks and they never initiated an update call. I would call the day following they said they would. They couldn’t get it to run so towed to dealer. I called the day after they said they would call on a Friday and they called right back to say it was ready and they would go pick it up. I couldn’t get out there by closing time so paid over phone and asked to leave keys in console or under seat as I had another set. Went to get car and keys sitting on top of invoice on seat. Anyone could have taken it. There was a knocking that wasn’t there before took it back and turns out radiator was leaking. They ordered radiator and I went back the next Friday and waited while they installed it. Asked for some water and they told me I could get some out of spigot in bathroom. Asked if they had anything to sanitize it with COVID being all over and they said no. It looks ok, knocking still there off and on. Said the deer had nothing to do with it and they didn’t drive it but they did say they drove it back from dealer after I asked how they got it back. In and out mileage according to their invoice was 1 mile.Very disappointed in the customer service!

I was sent a text on Friday eve that it was ready to pick up but was not told you were closed on Sat. 🤔Had to rearrange my schedule to get there Monday. when I got there to pick it up (late Monday afternoon) it wouldnt start! 😠. Guy said that often happens and needed to jump start! It should be ready to go when text says it isSADLY, There were footprints and fingerprints and fine construction dust EVERYWHERE 😳I had to clean up before I could even drive it. I couldn’t put my kids in it til I had it FULLY cleaned inside.

I have had to use this location three times in the past year and have had an excellent experience each time. As a young woman, it can be nervracking to figure out the best place to go for your car without being taken advantage. I never felt that way when I was working with this location/workers as they were so kind and informative. The manager Steve was helpful and made sure I knew what was happening and even explained the process to me. I would highly suggest anyone come to this company/business. Wonderful people and great quality service.

Where to start. A tree limb destroyed the entire back of my car during a storm. They were amazing. Efficiency at isnt best! Estimated the day of return. I got it back two days early and my car was detailed inside and out in addition to the repair work. Text updates on progress. Literally seamless. Im glad I took my insurance companys recommendation instead of choosing my own. 6 stars! Kudos Caliber! I dont do reviews often but you deserve this one 💗

I was recently in a car accident and the driver’s insurance company requested I go through Caliber to fix the damages. I was skeptical at first because I drive a Jaguar and know how difficult they are to work on, so I wanted to make sure it was going to come out the way it came in (minus the damages haha). I was more than pleased with how my car turned out and how quickly it was done! The whole process was a breeze. I’m glad I took a leap of faith and decided to stay local with these guys. 11/10 recommend!

My car was towed here after an accident for an estimate for the insurance company. Everyone I dealt with was very personable, professional, and accommodating. Everything was received in a timely manner with no problems whatsoever. The car was totaled so I didnt receive any body work, so I cant speak to that part, but I was totally happy with the service that I required.

Great customer service!!!! Everyone was very friendly. I appreciate the phone call every other day to update me on the status of my repair. I had a rental car the whole time and they worked with Enterprise (across the street) with the timing of vehicle return. There was a couple delays with ordering parts, which pushed back final completion. Its never convenient to not have your own car, but the unexpected delays were a little more manageable, knowing that I was working with people who show care to their customers. Spencer at the front desk is awesome and I worked with Jeanette as well. Im sure there are others who played a hand and a shout out to them as well!!!Update: A warning signal came on once I got home with my car. I waited until the weekend and called back Monday. They got me in that morning and luckily it was a small fix. I was out within an hour.Thank you Caliber Collision! Hopefully Ill never need auto body work again, but I will certainly call them back if I do!

They did a good job on a previous claim. Their customer service is great. Had a scratch on the vehicle that they applied paint and buffed w no charge. The actual repair would have been costly no matter the auto body shop; however their willingness to apply my purchased paint from the dealership was a kind gesture

These people are amazing. My car was hit by a burst tire in front of me and I was afraid I wouldnt be able to continue my drive to Tennessee from Virginia. They calmed me down, temporarily fixed my bumper, and even checked my tire pressures. I tried to pay them but they wouldnt accept it. They are extremely kindhearted people and I am so thankful for their tremendous act of kindness to me that day.

Working with Michaels Auto Body has easily been the best car repair interaction Ive had in years. I had some bad scratches in my cars paint due to my own stupidity. I thought for sure the paint would be impossible to match perfectly, but they managed it! The repair looks fantastic and I can say without reservation I will use Michaels in the future for all my body-shop related needs.

I took my SUV to Caliber Collision for repair as this shop was a preferred shop by my insurance. Staff were very friendly and professional through the whole process, but the work was less than acceptable.When I went to pick up my vehicle they had replaced the rear bumper with an after market part that didnt fit, and the paint job was dimpled and didnt match the rest of the vehicle. I inquired about the paint job and was informed that this was the best they could do and if I wanted to bring it back they could try to buff it out.At this point I accepted the vehicle as we needed it for a vacation that we were leaving on the next day. After arriving home I immediately call my insurance company and informed them that I was dissatisfied and would not be taking the vehicle back to Caliber Collision (to have them try and buff it out) and wanted to take it to the dealer for the repair. I did take the vehicle to the dealer, requested an OEM part and the job was done correct with no excuses or issues.Caliber Collision should never let any vehicle go out of the shop with a sub standard paint job.

I will strongly recommend Michaels Auto Body Shop! Ive been meaning to write this review for a while now but havent found the time. Back in the fall I took my car to Michaels after another driver backed into my bumper. I decided to fix some other damages on the car as well. They told me some of the finer scratches on my hood could probably be buffed out, however when they tried this it appeared the scratches were deeper than they thought. To make up for their suggestion to buff instead of paint the scratches they took care of the fees for redoing the hood. I was blown away by their professionalism and care for their customers. My car looks good as new now!

Look elsewhere before entering this shop. I asked for an estimate for only damage to the side of my car: the estimate included additional areas (e.g., back bumper, etc) and they raised prices significantly by including things such as a heated rear view mirror ($95), instead of a non-heated mirror (the same kind I previously had) which costs $25-$35. They quoted the repair job at about $2500. I went to Advantix Auto Body after where I received an estimation of $1500. They also clearly explained the estimation and asked my opinions.So often do I find that when I walk into a shop, as a woman, people see an opportunity to take advantage and raise prices because people commonly think that women lack knowledge about cars. That is unprofessional and unethically bad practice.Moral of the story: DO NOT go to Michaels Auto Body because they WILL rip you off. There are much better body shops in the area that follow basic ethical guidelines and provide better quality, and more efficient work.

Michaels may be slightly difficult to locate, but its worth the effort....exceptional customer service and fine quality of work...an A++++ all the way.
