I had been waiting for a RAM dealer to get a factory OEM windshield since April. The crack in mine had grown to 2+ feet. A friend told me about Windshield City. So I gave them a call. John told me his supplier had it in stock and he could have it the next day. Since were we leaving on a camping trip two days later John pushed to have the windshield delivered to him that day, and worked my truck in the next morning. So in just over 24 hours they had the windshield delivered to them, my truck fixed, and I drove it home to prep for our camping trip.They also are a GEICO approved facility and it only took a few minutes to have the repair authorization reassigned to them.I could not be more pleased with how I was treated and how quickly they took care of me. I highly recommend John, and Windshield City.

Incredible service and follow-through! They were beyond thorough, even bringing to my attention (and fixing) something completely unrelated to why I went in there. I cant say enough about the quality and eagerness to do everything they can for their customers. I even got a ride to work after drop-off...no mask issues as someone else less than gracefully mentioned in a previous review. I want this to be a helpful review for people who deal with unexpected accidents! The cold had badly began to expand a small crack from a rock on the interstate to the point where it was halfway across! Showing up I was greeted so sweetly by the owner and reassured that despite financial difficulties due to the year; I would have my windshield fixed.It was as simple as setting the appointment for the following day and it was done even faster than planned! I would highly recommend the owner and his business to anyone in a pinch. Hes willing to work with people and finds ways to support and get the job done. Very friendly group!

Needed a repair to a chip in my windshield. Windshield city made the repair in a very timely fashion and for a fraction of the cost the national chain wanted to charge.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! My husband & I dropped in this week because my rear view mirror had come loose and was dangling by the computer/camera wire. Not only did they take us in the shop right away, but were very patient with the difficulty of putting it back on. (I had tried to glue it, to no avail, which meant they had to clean this off prior to putting their adhesive on). They were kind, friendly, and very efficient! My hubby, who is disabled, watched them intently, as he is an old body shop man . They did not mind him watching them work.Again, we cannot say enough good things about them. I cannot give a high enough recommendation for this wonderful family-owned business. I had a desperate need to get my rear windshield replaced since I have a six-year-old and didnt want to put her life in danger while driving with a plastic makeshift tarp covering the gaping hole. Furthermore, it has been raining for a day and a half, so Michael graciously came out and did the repair in my garage. My advice: skip the chain joint and support this local business!

Church and residential neighbors. Everything you dont see thats behind the business is disrespectful to the neighbors and the environment. Attractive nuisances in rear of property, literally a junkyard butted to a residence and not even a fence to hide it. Concrete slabs spilling into the alley, rusted overturned mystery barrels, overgrown brush and trees. Dont let the front fool you. No respect for a business that wont respect neighbors but hey they do install a windshield at a great price.

Fantastic customer service, friendly employees, a bit of a hassle to find parking but that might be bc this was my first time visiting. I was referred here by Steven Toyota bc my rearview mirror had fallen off and the glue kit from AutoZone was a complete waste. They fixed me up and sent me on my way in no time! If all businesses were run like this place, we wouldnt need review sites! Nobody WISHES they need a new windshield, but if ever need one, Ill only come here.

Very bad customer service! I bought a new windshield and seal for the glass for my jeep cj and a brand new windshield frame to put it in thats not installed on the jeep yet. I called and asked how much they would charge me just to install the glass into the frame if I brought it to them and they refused to do it just because I didnt buy the windshield from them. Windshield city is a joke and will never get any business from me!
