Good shore store but I wish they had more extra wide sizes.

Typical shoe store with a decent amount of options. Had a sweet but one get one half off deal available during my visit.

5 star staff, 3 star products. Rough when you have to give a place a 4 when they have such wonderful staff.You can get a bunch of cheap shoes here for a decent price.

The store is clean and well organized; as much as it can be in a place where people are constantly pulling out the product. There is a wide selection of brands and styles.

They have super good sales and deals. Although their site is stupid, because I received an error when I placed my order and I ended up accidentally placing my order twice. However, their in store and online shoe and brand selection is pretty good.

I went to look for shoes on clearance and was discriminated against. I did not wear a face-mask due to medical reasons, and I was approached by a young employee who asked me if I had one I could put on. I told her, “No, I have a medical condition that prohibits me from wearing one”. She responded kind of rudely, saying that “people are not allowed in the store for very long without one and that is why they offer online order/in-store pickup”. However, I would not be able to try on shoes or look in the clearance section if I were to shop online. This pretty much denies me a certain service from the store that anyone with “normal health” would be allowed to have. I was very disappointed that someone would discriminate against me based on having a medical condition, and for not wearing something that would be dangerous to my own health. My medical condition should not keep me from being able to enjoy shopping or cause me to be denied services that are provided to others.The Virginia governor’s Amended Executive Order 61 to require face masks in public buildings has exceptions for “Persons with health conditions that prohibit wearing a face covering.”It also states, “Nothing in this Order shall require the use of face coverings by any person for whom doing so would be contrary to his or her health safety because of a medical condition. Any person who declines to wear a face covering because of medical condition shall not be required to produce or carry medical documentation verifying the stated condition nor shall the person be required to identify the precise underlying medical condition.”From now on I will not be supporting any business, including Rack Room Shoes, that discriminates against people with medical conditions, disabilities, or simply customers wearing a mask versus not wearing one.

Went Christmas shopping with Doug and Wayne here, excellent shoe selections, would have given 5 stars but was feeling very rushed by Wayne having to be home by a certain time,46 year old with a curfew.

I stopped by today, with the intention of buying a pair of hikers.I didnt have a good experience, and I wont be going back.

Absolutely love this place! I have a converse addition and the girls know what colors and designs I already have so they immediately show me the new stuff and what I dont have. And the BOGO awesome too!

Could be just a tad bit more friendly.But I survived to go back again.

My wife insists on shop here for grand daughters that are 5 weeks apart. I dont like the idea of paying $80 for $40 shoes and getting the second pair for what they should be charging for the first. Every pair of Soconcy running shoes I have gotten here have ripped in the pinkie toe area within a month. Poor quality and over priced. I believe they get the seconds and rejects from the suppliers

Shoes were marked one price but at the register they were $30 higher. I questioned and showed the boss where I got the shoes and he said those were the only pair and they arent the price marked on shelf. None of the shoes on the whole wall were the price they wanted to charge me. 😕
