I had the best experience with Isabella Grace Bride by Reflections! I had grown up in the area and after not finding a dress I knew I wanted to check them out! The appointment scheduling process was easy and they were able to accommodate my last minute scheduling. The staff was amazing, especially Cassie! She asked all the right questions and ended up picking out the perfect dress for me. I had no idea they had their own line of dresses and my dress from the Kathryn Kollection was my dream dress! The quality, detail, and uniqueness of the dress rivals with any big designer but the price was unbelievably low! When my dress was ready to be picked up, they again accommodated me with a last minute visit around a holiday as I was traveling from out of state. I cannot recommend them enough!

AMAZING experience! 10/10!!!! My sister went here to find her dream wedding dress. Kristina went ABOVE& BEYOND! She listened to exactly what my sister (Brittney) told her she wanted in a dress. The first dress Kristina brought for her to try on was THE dress she ended up buying. Kristina is AMAZING and is truly sooo incredible at what she does! I hope when I go back one day for an appointment, that Kristina is still there 💕I really loved that they had individual rooms for each appointment. The room was SO cute and literally felt like a TV show. I also loved that she brought the dresses for the bride! A lot of other places ask you/bridal party to pick out the dress which can be challenging at times.

Wow!! I’m not from Virginia so I was a little sketched out trying a place I’m not familiar with. The staff was so friendly from the start of my appointment to the very end. Kristina was so nice, helpful, & knowledgeable. If I had questions, she’d ask the seamstress just to be 100% positive. I told her exactly what I wanted & she knocked it out of the park with the first dress. She also stayed in my budget even after alterations and customizations accounted for. I went to this store to get a reception dress as well but she mentioned the idea of a pantsuit & I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. I ended up finding my wedding dress & my reception outfit. I was so pleased with this experience.

I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences at Reflections! I have bought all three of my prom dresses from her and plan to buy my wedding dress from here in the future. The staff here are the sweetest and most caring people ever. The best time to go is during the week because it isn’t as crowded. I highly recommend Reflections for all prom needs!

Bought my wedding dress here, as did my wife, and we ordered our bridesmaid dresses here as well. We got individualized attention and our dresses were very affordable. Mine was even customized! We felt important as customers and brides to be.

When I first walked in to my surprise, this store was stocked with eloquent, and Beautiful dresses I would have expected off of a walk in Manhattan store fronts. Having for sometime now been more critical about upscale boutiques, this one was a bit of fresh air. Literally, as I was informed the ceiling fan had just been installed. I wasnt there to buy but to look to see what this Bridal & gown design store had to offer in a town that is a small city. To the point they carried eloquence in dress brands, shoes, and on that were by the top designers, yet taken back by the cost I could acquire the above mentioned. As a critic of customer service I wasnt let down either as all my acquisitions were answered by the owner and staff alike. I left feeling I had found new family in my fashion circle niche. I highly recommend Joy and team, not only for their area, but for a experience to travel for! And so I give their rating not only because I do reviews and critiques as a living, but also and more importantly because of the shockingly lovely experience. I see you girls again. AP:)

I was welcomed the moment I came into the store. The owner was so kind and introduced us to my Bridal Consultant. Judy was amazing and really listened to what I was looking for and my budget. She nailed it on the first dress! Of course, I tried on others which were also amazing. I felt so comfortable. The privacy of the dressing room my family and I experienced made for an even more special time. Not to mention, we received a great deal! After I purchased my dress, they gave me little goodies to take home and even celebrated with us with a special toast! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for bridal gowns!

I attempted to shop for a mother-of-the-groom dress twice at this store. The first time I was shown to a room of dresses and left by myself. No one came back to ask if I needed help, had questions, or wanted to try on any dresses. When I left the store (after trying on nothing and asking none of my questions), I passed the front counter where there were several of the employees standing and talking. No one asked if I needed any help or even said goodbye as I left the store. Unfortunately, I made a second try to look at dresses a few weeks later. This time when I entered the store and said what I was shopping for, a younger employee pleasantly informed me that a large group had just been taken into the small room that housed all of those dresses. She said that she could take me to the room, too, but that it would be very crowded. I said that I didn’t mind waiting. At that point, an older lady who had been standing nearby inserted herself into our conversation and informed me that I would need to wait “45 minutes.” I then asked her about some dresses that I had seen online—they were all by one designer, and the website indicated that they could be purchased at Reflections. The lady quickly told me that I needed to look for those dresses at Fashion Gallery in Verona. From her tone and attitude, I felt that she did not have the time or interest in helping me look for a dress. This is definitely NOT the store to go to when you need a mother-of-the-bride or mother-of-the-groom dress. Don’t even bother stopping in here. The ladies at Fashion Gallery, Anna Joy’s, and Bridal Impressions are all much more helpful than this place.

I just bought my senior prom dress here and I feel completely misled and ripped off. I purchased my dress in February ahead of anyone in my school so I could make sure I was the only one with my dress and at the store I was told no one else had this dress and Id be the only one with it, so being happy with that I signed their super tight contract (no returns or exchanges for ANY reason) thinking this was my unique dress. Come later I find out another girl in my school has also gotten the exact same dress and when I called Reflections wanting to know if I could at least exchange my dress I get bombarded with a million reasons why I cant, why its not their fault someone else got the same dress. I feel completely misled and now Im stuck with an overpriced dress and I have paid a lot of money for now to only match with another girl at my last prom, go figure. I would not recommend going here because if you arent a rich, pretty pageant girl they could care less about helping you feel and look your best and feel completely special and unique.

Its a great place if you dont mind rude staff and body shaming. While wedding dress shopping should be a time that makes one feel beautiful and excited, the staff made the experience completely negative and left the bride feeling badly about herself. I have heard similar stories from several friends.

The store felt very modern but had an elegant look to it as well. The dress selection was great - we had many to choose from. A good problem to have. I ended up purchasing a dress that had a modern look to it but still maintained a classy and unique style to it. Thanks, Reflections!

I left with the most exquisite dress from Reflections! My fiance is going to fall head over heels more in love with me when he sees me walking down the aisle. Thanks to the girls that were working because I never would have picked out this dress for myself and it is GORGEOUS. I am so happy!!

Okay, the first time I visited with my mother was wonderful. It was busy but I tried on lots of dresses. I was so happy with the dresses they had. Im pretty sure Im going to get one from there. The girl who helped me was great. She was sweet and probably only a couple years older than me. However there was another woman occasionally helping. I dont remember her name but she had a rude tone most of the time. She couldnt have sounded like she didnt want to be there anymore if she tried. She was in such a hurry to put dresses back immediately and making me make quick decisions. She had no patience. However I was so happy with the dresses I tried I ignored it. I went back a few weeks later with my friends on Valentines Day after church. We started out with three. I wanted to show them the 2 dresses that I really liked. I wanted to try a red one but I never got the chance. The same rude woman from before was working. Her attitude was much worse this time. She asked if I planned to make the final decision and I said soon. Meaning not that actual afternoon. I guess because we didnt have our mothers we werent worth her time. After both my friend and I had tried on our first 3 dresses my friend asked to try on another. She asked us to make an appointment next time to make our final decisions. However, my friend was placed on the other side of the store and she was welcomed to try more. So of course we all just left. The rude woman had claimed that it was too busy. There were maybe 3 other costumers there. Even when we left no one even said goodbye. Im disappointed. If Im giving someone my money I should be respected. I still love the shop. I just dont like to work with that woman. She isnt sweet like the others. I hope in the future she has an attitude adjustment for the sake of customers.

First of all I wish I had the option to not choose any stars because giving them one star is more than they deserve. I took my daughter here January 27, 2018 to look at prom dresses. We were there mainly looking for a Sherri Hill dress that she wanted. We walked in and were not greeted by anyone. They had a few mothers and daughters there trying on dresses. We started looking through the dresses to the left and an older blondish short haired lady that worked there came up to us and said I think you are in the wrong section these dresses start at $800. She then proceeds to tell us that another section to the right was more in our price range. Or so apparently she thought. My daughter proceeds to look through the size 4 dresses and she then asked her what size do you wear in jeans. My daughter told her a size 3 but she can’t fit some some 1’s. So the lady tells her she is in the wrong size she should start with a size 6 because she would be happier if that was too big and she had to go a size than having to go to a bigger size if she started with size 4. My daughter felt so uncomfortable with her remarks and was really upset and just wanted to leave and not look at anything or try anything on. First of all we were being profiled because she just assumed that I didn’t have $800 to buy a dress. Which I had money to walk out the store with anyone she picked out, cash or credit.. hence that’s why we there to look at Sherri Hill dresses, which I am very aware of how much her dresses cost. Second, she upset my daughter by her comments. I took my daughter out that day to the spa and then I was surprising her with a trip here to pick out a prom dress. When we pulled into the parking lot she was so excited but left upset without looking at anything because of her rude comments. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and I have told everyone I know about my experience here. They really made us feel like we didn’t even belong in a place like that and that is the first dress shop I ever been in that made us feel that way and it was WRONG!!!!! 😡😡😡

My wife went to Reflections when she was looking for a wedding dress and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. She had nothing but great things to say about them and how helpful they were she was very happy.

I did buy a dress but happen to look on their web site to see what kinda necklace they had with it they had it there for 590 and charged me 690. i called about it and she said that it was from a private person but couldnt tell me.

Joy and the rest of the staff really did a great job helping me find the best dress that was prefect for me. I can not wait for my future husband to see me walking down the aisle!

What I liked most about Reflections was that we got one on one attention, privacy, and my whole group could be there with me. The sales associate also helped by picking up the dresses and the set up of the store really helped in finding what we were looking for.

I love everything about this shop, the consultants work one on one with you and go above and beyond to help you find the perfect dress. They have the largest selection of formal gowns in Virginia.

I came here with my cousin and a friend and the service I received was amazing!

I read in one particular comment about how that if we werent with our mothers, we werent worth her time. That is very true with the women who attended us. Her main concern was our means of paying for the dress. She would told us to come back next time with our mothers which is completely unnecessary to say even when I told her I could pay for my own dress as I do have a job. We were often unattended and her main concern was the girl with her mother. After we waited for at least 30 mins for her to come back to the front counter she came back but instead took the dress I had because the other girl with her mother wanted to try it on. I was left empty handed and confused. We waited another 10 minutes before we finally simply left and not to mention nobody even noticed. I dont recommend this place due to the customer service.

Went in looking for a formal gown for a birthday dinner. The staff was friendly and all but because we went in with a budget we were pushed to go look at ross, jc pennys or marshalls because of it.We gave this place another chance because the first visit wasnt pleasant but after this visit definitely wont be going back!

When I went with my daughter, they should us many beautiful dresses but the price tag was very high but they told us that these dresses are all exclusive to their store and we wont find them anywhere else. But guess what, I got a post card the following week and most of the dresses they have were online at 360prom for half the price and shipping is free and return is allowed. I couldnt belive it. The same day we receive the post card, my daughter ordered the most beautiful dress from the site and recieved the dress in 2 days, and I saved $200 dollars. I was so glad that we decided to look around some more before we decied. Had we bought a dress that day, we would have felt so cheated!!! I dont understand why stores have to lie to you to get you to buy from them and why do they have to mark their price up so much? I dont believe they dont know these dresses are available somewhere else for less. I will not shop there agian for sure!
