My mom hasnt worn her engagement ring for over 10 years because her diamond was set way too high and she was nervous about a loose prong as well. She was nervous about taking it in and getting it reset for SO long untill she felt like she found someone she trusted. Sydney and her team went above and beyond to make sure it was set low enough for her and listened to every detail she wanted. When we got the ring back my mom cried and my dad proposed again after 31 years. She hasnt taken it off of her finger since! The store always looks beautiful with an associate ready to help!

Went in to get old watches new batteries. Told me that since they were water resistant they would have to send off. Suggested they get polished as well. Gave an estimate of $479.00 for each watch! Obviously they didn’t want to help. Don’t go to this jeweler!!

Sydney Shull, the manager of the store, went way above and beyond to fix an issue with my cousins engagement ring. Sydney did not stop until we were satisfied and had the issue resolved. We have her to thank and her district manager Jackie for an amazing experience with Zales!!!

Very poor customer service. The customer service representatives and manager wont go above and beyond to help you fix a concern.

I noticed a flaw come up in my diamond after having it for over a year. I took it to this zales, in Harrisonburg, and talked with the manager, Jill, and she basically told me that I didnt know what I was talking about, that the flaw had always been there and after dealing with her and the district manager they told me they couldnt do anything for me. (At one time, the district manager was going to get my diamond changed. Im not sure what happened to change his mind.) I was also told by another representative of zales that the issue I had was a possibility. I decided to take my ring to another zales I had dealt with before and the manager there was able to get my diamond changed out for another one without any cost whatsoever to me. Jill told me that they wouldnt be able to change my diamond and she was very unprofessional. If you want any kind of support from her, you may as well forget buying anything there.
