We had windows and doors put in our home 2018 today I had a problem with shutting a window. Called PWD and Thomas came to our home and helped me. He was great showing me what I had done wrong and also checked out another issue with a door. Thanks PWD for your great service.

We have used this company for many years. They are very knowledgeable and great at what they do, but even more impressive is their customer service. They tell you a precise time that they will come to your home and they show up at that exact time. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and put things back the way they were. Highly recommend PWD whether you’re building a house (which we used them for 20 years ago) or just replacing a few windows.

If you are looking for true value this is the place. They provided all the doors and windows for my newly built house in 2008. Recently I experienced some minor problems with the door knobs and dropped by the store to get replacement parts. Instead of giving me the parts the owner who actually remembered my name told me that he would send someone to fix the problems.Thomas was not only able to fix the problems that I knew about but a couple of others that I was not aware. Best part was not only that everything was fixed above expectations but it was all done under warranty. When purchasing a product is not totally about the price but its above all the TRUE VALUE. They stand behind their product even after 13 years.

Scott and Cody just finished installing our replacement windows and they are beautiful! Their workmanship and attention to every detail was excellent! They were here three days, arrived in the morning when they said they would, worked continuously without breaks except for lunch, were careful and clean inside of our house as well as outside, and were courteous and kind during the entire installation. Scott was helpful in showing us how to operate the features of our new windows. We couldnt be happier with our new windows and we couldnt be more satisfied with the professionalism and expertise of Scott and Cody. We will definitely recommend PWD to our friends. Thank you!
