I saw a rug there that I really liked, But couldn’t haul it in my car. I called a couple days later to make sure it was there, because I planned to take the truck and go get it the next day if they still had it. Desiree Fox answered my call and even gave me her personal cell phone number so I could text her the picture I had taken of it so she could check to see if she still had it.She very promptly got back with me informing me that she did in fact still have the rug! When I told her I planned to come and get it the next day she said she would go ahead and take it down and roll it up for me, put it in the back and put my name on it!!!I feel like she really went above and beyond for me! Great customer service!

I bought a headboard for my daughter and the nice man in the furniture department named Wesley was great. He brought our headboard out for us and even helped me find straps to strap it on top of my van. He strapped it securely to the top of my van and we were on our way. Very nice guy great employee👍

I dealt with two gentlemen one down the name was Tim I called him early in the morning I didnt show up till later on in the evening he held what I needed till I got there then they help me load up I couldnt ask for better experience that you guys were great

I am a regular at the store and the guys in the furniture section are always friendly and not hesitant to help customers even with roses stores furniture. Thanks again to the manager Herb for loading a table for me and my wife a few weeks back, even though it is not his section he explained to us the difference because we did not know. Very respectful young man!!

Jose from Harrisonburg roses did an outstanding job, showed me similar items to what I was looking for, and giving me information on how to apply for financing! He made sure to answer all of my questions and gave me a card to look online for more variety of furniture they carry. Plan to shop there soon and buy furniture!!
