I walked in not knowing a thing about pools or even how to take care of them. I first met Wes who was outstanding and told me everything I would need. But then I came in one day to test my water and I met Leslie. We became friend so fast and I could call her for anything and I knew I would be taken care of. This year I walked in and there was a new face at the water test stand and this young man fit right in with the way I am and my crazy funny ways. Of course when I go in I look for my girl but now I also look for this tall boy that matches the energy just like leslie. So the point to this long rant is they are amazing and if you have a pool this would be the place you would want to go. Outstanding customer service across the board!!!!!!!!!! Left numerous messages for the person responsible for quotes (Jimmy) and the manager. When Jimmy finally returned my call, he asked me to text my name and address and he would set up a time to come out and complete a quote / contract for us. Jimmy never called back or set up a time. When I called him back, he tried to say the office staff had not given him his messages, but I had proof of previous text messages with him.He said the pool would be complete prior to June 2022. After months of back and forth, Jimmy finally came to our home today and said he would not be able to get started until at last August 2022. This is after at least 5 months of numerous calls and texts to the store and to his phone.

They went above and beyond to help, My problem was corrected within hours .The staff very respectful extremely helpful. Great supplies to choose from. Will continue to use this company and refer to others.

Due to MY stupidity I wrecked my pump this winter when I let it run without water. I called VP&S to ask if they had the impeller and seal plate I needed, they checked inventory and assured me they had what I needed.I drove in and was rewarded with new parts to revive my murdered pump. Less than an hour later my pump is up and running to get my pool started this spring. Thanks to Wes & crew for helping me out.

After using them, I’m not a fan. Impossible to get phone calls returned. It’s not that their WORKMANSHIP is necessarily bad, it’s really mostly that they have customer disservice (as opposed to actual customer SERVICE!) They just don’t seem to care about their customers at all. And people are STUCK using them because there just isn’t that much competition around here. If there were, I’d NEVER go to them for ANYTHING! Someone open up a CUSTOMER based pool service, PLEASE!!!

Went there looking for help with an older hot tub that came with house just bought, sales lady we talked to was very willing to help with our issues. Would have no problem recommending Valley Pool & Spa to others.

Not impressed with Valley Pool and Spa at all. My husband and I were in twice and it seemed like they really didnt care if they sold a hot tub or not. Two different times the sales rep promised to send us hot tub options that would be good fits for us, but he never did. (That was three months ago). Prices seemed very high. We ended up purchasing a tub from Capital hot tubs and saunas in Fairfax and were MUCH more impressed with them - great service, great prices. VP&S needs to amp up their game.
