I am currently renting a climate and humidity controlled storage unit here. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space for me to maneuver a uhaul truck to my specific locker location around back. They had a dolly with wheels available which made moving heavy furniture in SO much easier. I would recommend using this company!

Before I even moved in, I needed to change the size space I was renting. NO PROBLEM. Done. Easy. Ive done this storage thing before and this is BY FAR the best ever.

Friendly staff. Expectations are very clear at the time of renting. I appreciate I was able to schedule a unit rental online prior to moving day. Units are clean, lit, and there appropriate driving space for 2 vehicles in between the units. I had zero problems, I would recommend and return myself if the need arises.

Storage on a hill was difficult move in and move out. Costly unit

Ive used them in the past before for our business to store some extra inventory during our busiest months. This year, i needed to use a storage unit again and these guys were 1st to come to mind. Tammy has always been great to deal with and the prices are reasonable. Also, tractor trailers can get in and out easily so REALLY makes their storage units convenient. This place works well for my very needs & would recommend to anyone.

Excellent place to store my JMU students things over the summer. The entire staff has been great.

Its more expensive than other storage units prices, but offers more security. The hours are set to where you cant go to your unit after 9 p.m. which is one of the things i didnt like. Their is a onsite manager at all times though. Its gated and you have a passcode to enter & exit. Its not visible from the street, its kind of difficult to find if your not familiar with this area. You have to go through a car dealer parking lot to find it.
