Easily the most incompetent fedex location Ive ever visited. Have since taken my business elsewhere.
I recently shipped a fragile art piece, and the woman working urged me to buy an expensive art box to protect it, which is fair enough. I would have been happy to pay the money if it meant my painting arrived safely, but it didn’t. The recipient told me that the box was stuffed so full that the canvas warped. I would have packed the box myself, but the woman insisted that she did this all the time and was capable of packing it. Lesson learned I guess. The painting may now need to be restretched.EDIT: A box full of dishes I shipped at the same time arrived with half the dishes completely shattered. Not just chipped or cracked, but broken into pieces. It was as if the box was dropped repeatedly. Not only am I not using this FedEx store again, I will never use FedEx to ship anything ever.
Super nice workers especially the lady that helped me today despite the circumstance and social distancing. Even if there is a line the workers do their best to assist everyone fairly.
Very bad experience with that office, the old man who I spoke to was very rude, I asked him if fedex can ship cbd oil And the answer was NO and He kept staring at me without saying any word he didn’t bother himself to search Online or ask someone, I know very well Fedex, DHL and UPS can ship cbd oil.This is too bad, I don’t know how Fedex can hire someone like him.I had to go to UPS office, and it took only 5 minutes to ship what I wanted to ship and the customer service was great.
Do not pay for two day delivery, I have been fighting with fedex for 3 days to find out where my package is and I was told lie after lie. I was given two case numbers for investigation and was told someone will contact you and still 3 days later no call ...
I print peojects at FedEx all over VA and this is easily the most pathetic group of workers Ive EVER encountered. To whoever manages this place - your reps working on the evening of 11/11/19 accomplished a level of laziness Ive very rarely seen. No acknowledgement of customers, leaving to go into the back for extended periods of time while customers were waiting in line (no greeting, again no acknowledgement, no nothing). I left my print order and didnt even bother waiting to pick it up and paying after standing there for 10 minutes. If youre not local, do yourself a favor and pick up your project somewhere else BEFORE you arrive here. To the locals, blessed be your hearts :( . Pathetic.

I was expecting a package today, I stayed home all day waiting for it checking outside of my door only to realize they never rang the doorbell or knocked for a signature. Called the office to see if theyd come back out today because I need the package before tomorrow and the rude lady on the other end of the phone tried to tell me they had they didnt have the right address ( they left a tag so thats not possible) and wouldnt bring the package back. They office is 40-45 mins away from me to pick it up. Their customer service person was rude, and the driver was an idiot for not trying to ring the doorbell or knock. If I can help not shipping with FedEx again I will !
Staff are all friendly and helpful! Way better experience than the UPS shop in town or the Post office. (though all the delivery guys are great from both Fedex and UPS).
The customer service at this place is aweful! The lady and the man that work there with people are very rude. They didn’t want to accept boxes with prepaid red labels, saying that their drivers do not accept them. Whereas, the other fedex ship center accepted them, no problem!
The Harrisonburg FedEx Kinkos provides top-notch service. The quality of their work is great, and they are easy to work with.
After going to them once and having a good experience, I decided to come back to get an assignment printed and mounted for a class. This time, however, I was admittedly in a bit of a time crunch, but I asked the employee if they was busy and if he had the time to help me out. I really wouldnt have minded if he said no, but all three of the men were just standing around with nothing to do so it was pretty obvious that it was slow. The man grudgingly tells me hell do it but that it wont happen again. I was grateful and made sure to tell him I appreciated it. After printing the PDF, rather than showing attention to detail, the guy slapped my image onto the board leaving air bubbles underneath, cut off the margins that I had printed around the image, then charged me DOUBLE what i had previously paid for the same exact job. His attitude was terrible, his craftsmanship was awful, and his business ethics were horrible by charging me extra unnecessarily. There is no way I will ever step foot in that store again.

Cant say enough good things about the staff here. Ive gone here to print complicated school projects multiple times and they always take the time (sometimes 20+ mins) to make sure everything is printed exactly how I need it--even when I dont know what I need myself.
I go there every week to get a paper printed. They are extremely friendly and helpful.
