This review is late... Shouldve written it in the summer of 2019. I found power plus because a friend referred me to come here. I was having trouble with my lawn mower, it wouldnt start after winter passed. They had it for only two days and then called me saying it was fixed and working! When I dropped the mower off and when I picked it up the owner was working the front desk which made me feel like he really cared about his customers. I was given tips and tricks by the owner of the shop to help prevent my mower from not starting after a cold winter. I am very pleased with their service, price and care for their customers!!! Highly recommend :)

Has sold me stuff. Has never helped me once. Everytime I go there to do anything to my scooter the guy says their too busy. Iv been there several times. For things that would take no longer then 15 min with the right tools, which he says he has, but their to busy. B.s. So their convenient, but unhelpful. Tbh wish there was another scooter shop in Hartford, is what it is.

I took my lawnmower blades there for sharpening this morning. When I called ahead, I was told that, depending on how busy they are, they could either sharpen the blades while I wait or would have them done in a few hours. When I arrived, there was no wait; I handed the blades over to the very nice young lady working behind the counter, and less than 5 minutes and $14 later ($7/blade) I had my sharpened blades back in my hands. Sharpening was done very well, quickly, and at a fair price. Ill definitely come back.

Power-Plus is great! They so far have fixed a vintage motorcycle of mine and a generator! Everything was reasonably priced! I would recommend them to anyone!

2nd time I dropped off same equipment to get fixed because it wasnt done right at first. Weeks later I had to call and follow up only to be told I was forgotten about. weeks later still waiting on equipment to get fixed. I lose money for every day this equipment is not usable to me
