So I met Chino through a fellow STI owner who has had work done to his car. I liked the work after seeing a few body jobs chino has done. Chino ended up painting my entire vehicle for a very reasonable price then a year later I took it back to him after a small ding occurred. Great service! Great people! Customer for life!!!!!! Company towed car from a spot it was allowed to be in. They only accept cash and they literally tow your car to an area that quite literally looks like a dump. There are scratches on my car because it was handled poorly and was thrown in a snow bank.

Great place to get your car fixed professional towing and good customer service I brought my BMW and Mercedes there for bodywork and the job came out great I will recommend my family and friends to go there and get their cars fixed

So I was having a great dinner with some friends. Come back to see my car missing. Call this place, cant even understand this guy...needs help with english. I need to pickup the car and hes so rude he will actually hang up on you on purpose because its off duty hours even thought the place claims to be open 24/7. Very sketchy. Doesnt have normal number.

Terrible experience they towed my car and I called the same night told me they didnt have it called for a week still the same response.. I thought my vehicle was stolen. Found my car parked at their location a half a year later when I was contacted by someone fr pl m the dmv because they were trying to get rid of it. It was parked at the lot the whole time. There were damages to my vehicle. Worst part, Im a single mother with 2 children and that was our first vehicle. Winter time lost my job because I couldnt get to work anymore and had to take my kids to school through the city bus. Disgusting service!!!

A very disoriented driver called after getting a call from USAA Roadside Assistance with our job assignment. After slurring and strange questions I could only assume he was intoxicated. He also said we were really far away. He said if I could find someone else to do it let him know. USAA called and assured me that A&N said They have high standards. I guess that includes the guy from A&N that called yelling at me, and then my husband that his driver passed a breathalyzer. I dont care if he did now, your customer service is unlike no other, in that you dont have any. Thanks for NOTHING!The Stranded Family on the Road
