I went in here 9/7/21 to get a part to connect the heater core wires which were bypassed. All I needed was the part that connected the two rubber hoses so I could just clamp it back together. CHARLIE didnt bother to even look up from using his phone and just seemed to busy as I explained what I needed he again really couldnt be bothered. He interrupted me and said whatever I have is in isle one. There were 3 employees in the store at the time I arrived roughly 8:30am. There werent any other customers aside of me so its not like they were to busy to take a moment to help me find what I was looking for. AutoZone has been a store Ive been going to since I bought my first car when I was 16 so 30 years now and this is the very 1st time Ive ever had to complain about an employee that I do believe is an actual Supervisor! The last Review I left was in 2018 when the guy actually came to my vehicle to see what part was needed. Here at this particular AutoZone they could Care less. I went across the street to Advanced auto and they took the time to come out to my Vehicle And Help me get the part needed. Terrible Customer service!!!!!

They dont have the guy who always tear helping customers like helping people out make sure they get the right parts

Always have what I need

The main issue with this location is the wait time and thats not necessarily the staffs fault. This has been a day one issue with a busy location and Ive never seen any attempt to fix it. Ive walked out many times after standing in line 10 minutes and feeling that I was no closer to getting service.

Lorenzo helped me with my car when I was having problems start it, a simple fix he helped me do in 5 minutes. Any mechanic shop would’ve charged me for almost nothing. Go here best place out there

I worked with this company and the lady manager got a attitude in a half and everyone in the store knows how respectful and helpful I am I help no matter what but her customer ask a simple question and she gave straight attitude whats up with that that’s not right at all come on now I know the store got potential and customer shouldn’t get treated like that

Great customer service! Went on told the problem the employer came out hooked up the machine near the fuse box got a reading on the portable computer we went back into the store he looked on the computer to see what the code meant then explained the issue and took the time to show me the part to buy gave me a print out of the issue and a quick stop ended up being a quick fix. Im a 65-yr-old woman who was driving back to the Boston area yesterday, 7-6-19, from visiting friends in CT. I was on the highway when a sudden torrential storm hit. I turned on the wipers, and the drivers side blade shredded immediately, meaning I could barely see. I got off at the first exit and pulled into a parking lot to find an auto parts store. Google maps turned up Advance Auto Parts, across the street from this Auto Zone. I was able to get to that store safely and was encouraged to see posters plastering the entrance claiming free installation of wiper blades. I went in, found what I needed, and paid for it, then said, Can you help me put it on? The guy behind the counter gave a self-satsfied smirk and said, Nope. But the signs? Im here alone - cant leave the register. At that moment, a bored-looking girl came out from the back, showing that his here alone excuse was a lie.I went out and tried to change the blade. The rain was so heavy I was drenched instantly and the directions soaked and shredded like wet Kleenex in seconds. I got the old blade off, but couldnt figure out how to get the new one on, so I went back in. There wasnt another soul in the store besides the guy at the counter (who was playing on his phone), so I asked again if he couldnt help for a second. Another smirk and a nope.Going back out nearly in despair, I noticed this Auto Zone across the street that I hadnt been able to see before. With only one functioning wiper blade in a blinding downpour, I went across to it and parked. When I went in, I asked the guy about wiper blades, and said that before I got one, would he be able to help me install it. At first he said hed have to ask his manager, but as I explained what had happened at Advance Auto, he got more and more indignant. He kept saying, Thats not right! Thats just not right, and then he said hed help me no matter what. (His manager was standing there and she just nodded.) He was willing to put on the blade Id gotten at the other place, but I insisted on buying a new one, and then, bless him, he came out in that downpour and got it installed for me. I wish Id gotten his name, because he is my hero. If you happen to read this, thank you. I am beyond grateful.I will never set foot in an Advance Auto Parts again. This was clearly an emergency - it rained the entire 140 miles home - and they could not have been less interested in helping. The guardian angels at Auto Zone, with their humanity and compassion, will get my business in the future.

Great people always have the parts i need in and out no hassles

Hi All,I was 40 or so miles from home when had to change a small coolant bypass hose because my antifreeze was slowly leaking out. Weathersfield Ave was the closest store. There was trouble locating the proper hose so an associate at Autozone named Tatiana was kind enough to take the time to bring me in back to search the hoses for the proper one. As a team we quickly located the correct hose. I feel Tatiana went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. Thank you . BTW.Im also very sorry if I misspelled her name.

Terrible service! Ive had horrible experience after horrible experience here. The employees dont know anything about cars and are extremely rude. The parts are very low made in China quality as well. I had to return batteries and other brake parts because they didnt meet the standard for my vehicle. People should avoid this place at all costs. The auto parts store across the street was way better. Better knowledgeable staff and better parts. And the customer service was top notch.

Love auto zone but this location is very very slow, The staff is helpful but cashing out is forever. Sometimes I walk in and walk right out if theres more than a couple people.

I am a neighbor and for years now people use the dumpster area, which is right next to my fence as a bathroom. Nothing like having the grandkids playing in the yard when some guy is peeing right against the fence. Now the lawn behind the dumpster is being used by prostitutes as a hotel room. They bring their customers there both day and night and also shoot up there. Then we have the endless drug deals n the parking lot all night. This could easily be stopped by putting a chain across the lot after the store is closed but Auto Zone wont do it

Customer service is horrible. Associates dont seem to have any automotive knowledge or knowledge of whats going on in the store. They dont know where anything in the store is located. Dont recommend going to this autozone . Its a waste of time. Just go to that advance Auto across the street or Napa down the street.

Worst AutoZone Ive ever been to a usually do not write bad reviews but this place absolutely warrants at the staff are very unfriendly unhelpful and borderline incompetent did not offer receipts for warranty products and it was a big deal for them to come out and test the battery which is one of those services that AutoZone is famous for offering I would not recommend going every other AutoZone have ever been to his been awesome this is definitely the exception to the rule

I feel qualified to make this observations because, on my professional carrmeer, Ive been on the other side of the counterYour income dependes on the service you give your clients and customers, they could easily go somewhere else, as one customer did when he was ignored and staff was completely indiferent to those waiting TO PAY.That been said, If you like going to a store where 3 employees are supposedly helping ONE customer, while you along with 3 or 4 other customers wait patiently and not even acknowledged or even made eye contact with, then this place is perfect for you. Otherwise you have better choices; even as far as across the street

I had a new engine air filter for a car I got rid of in July. In October I took a chance to see if I could return it for a replacement for my new car. They took it back without a receipt, applied the credit to the new filter & put the remaining balance on a gift card, thats customer service, thanks AZ.
