The person that drove me to work was professional, my appointment for the service was at 7:45 AM and the driver got me to work at 8 AM (I work fairly close to New Country Mini).

At last service appointment not kept on schedule due to ?? Had to get a loaner car as mine wasn’t done after leaving car there for a full day.Upon picking my car up items that had been in my glovebox were in backseat area of car including gps and insurance card just strewn across the back area of vehicle. Items from glove box also on passenger floor mat. Not sure what’s going on with Mini. Have always had decent service and car left clean and in original condition. This time not so much. Definitely not happy with this last service appointment.

Had a truly great experience leasing a new MINI with Dave Sajda. He helped us understand that (many!) options and configurations and kept us informed during the wait for our new car to be custom built and delivered.
John at New country Mini was great in moving up my appointment time since my ride canceled. Nice thing was receiving pictures of my cars inspection report in a text to look at myself. Power steering pump recall was done way quicker than I thought it would take. Showroom had cool Cooper stuff to check out while I waited. Everyone i talked to were car enthusiasts doing a job. Upon further review a week after service I have power steering fluid now leaking. There was nothing leaking under my car prior to service. John says they will look at it at a $105 diagnostic fee. Very disappointed that if the car did leak before that it has to be related to the service. This is why I usually only do work on my car myself. I know I’ll do it right. I will figure out what is wrong and fix it properly.

As I mentioned in the other two reviews that I received:I understand that after C-19 there are new staff and since the 2022 mini is a new design that there would be a learning curve on some of the new additions to the mini. BUT I would have appreciated more time with a sales person and be placed in a more comfortable, while learning about functions.

I bought a recently traded countryman and the process took much longer than originally anticipated, not by any fault of the dealership, but a title issue with the previous owners bank. Ended up waiting two months and finally received it yesterday. Marc, the salesman I dealt with was very honest and upfront about every step of the process with me. I just picked up my new Mini Cooper S 4 Door after an exceptional experience with Dave Sjada. As everyone knows, cars are hard to come by right now. But Dave gave me the option of an almost exactly what I want car on the lot, for which he offered some modifications, or a build it and wait option with a 12 week turn around. No pressure either way... it was all about what I preferred. I highly recommend this group and would definitely buy from them again.

We owned a 2015 Mini Cooper countryman S All Wheel drive. We also purchased the BMW/mini maintenance program for approximately $2000. The program was great except when we were at the end of our 5 year anniversary. We asked for our brakes to be done but they told us there was not enough wear on them yet to qualify to be changed. They said the front brakes measured 6MM(min.spec 3.7MM). The date was October 13, 2020 and the car had 61,557 miles on it. The mini Cooper was left in my garage from January 6, 2021 until April 28, 2021 because we were in Florida. On May 20, 2021 we had the oil changed, flushed 4 calipers, master and slave cylinder(if applicable), perform brake system flush power flush the brake system remove and dispose of the a old brake fluid and replace with new set brake fluid level reset service light and road test vehicle. At this time we had 65,269 miles on it. When a few weeks later we had some warning lights appear on the dash board we brought it back to New Country and they told us the front brakes needed to be replaced and not to drive the car because they were that bad but on May 20,2021 after having worked on the brakes found nothing wrong with them. They also said we had something wrong with the transmission that would cost $1771 to fix plus a brake light was out and the socket had corroded and needed to replaced for the sum of $260 plus brakes for $815.22. It’s kind of funny that in October of 2020 the front brakes were fine but after putting on 3712 miles they were so bad that we shouldn’t drive the car. We left the car at New Country on Tuesday June 22nd where they called us and told us of the light,the transmission and the brakes. We told them to fix the light and not the other things in hopes that we could sell the car before anything went wrong. We called on Friday and asked if we could pick up the car since the socket hadn’t come in yet and we wanted to test the waters to sell the car. We were told that if we took the car and the part comes in Monday we would have to wait 3 weeks before they would install it even if we dropped it back Sunday night. We canceled the order for the socket and it still cost us $331.41 cents for diagnosing our problems. They gouged us and waited 3-4 weeks to discover a brake problem that should have been diagnosed earlier. Be careful when dealing with their service department.

I bought my 2021 Mini sight unseen. I knew what I wanted starting with the color and a manual transmission. I just moved from Maryland and needed a repair done to my 2011 MINI Cooper. John in the service department checked to see if the repair was covered under warranty and it was! I was so happy. They did a full safety checkup of my car and sent me a video of it. My tires needed to be replaced, which I already knew needed to be done soon. John got me a great deal on a new set of tires! Got a JCW Tune and exhaust upgrade for my 2019 Countryman S All4. Dealership was super helpful in not only getting the parts, but during the instal process they sent video and text updates and directly to my phone so I could follow along while I was at work. Ryan was great from start to finish, laying out a detailed timeline and keeping me updated, and even hooked me up with a good time to drop it off to ensure I would have access to a courtesy vehicle.Couldnt be happier with the end result, which also maintains a warranty; thats a big plus.Will go back for any work needed on the vehicle, as well as future upgrades.
New Country MINI is not the closest dealership to my house. We have now bought three MINIs there because of how we are treated. Sales, parts, service, and even financial have been very kind, patient, considerate, and not pressuring. They have embraced the quirkiness that is MINI. I had a blast driving a Mini a few years back on vacation so when it was time to retire my Toyota, I decided Mini would be my upgrade. After some email correspondence with Corrine, I came in for a test drive at New Country Mini in early December on a snowy Saturday. I drove the Cooper Hardtop and the Clubman, but liked the feel of the regular Cooper better. My only regret is that I wish New Country would auto email when upgrades, repairs, replacements are needed. I called to schedule a detail and learned of all these issues which I eventually felt good about repairing. However, I wonder if I hadn’t wanted the detailing what else would have gone wrong.

After an unpleasant experience at other car shops I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman here to get two new run-flats. My husband and I got there right before closing and they treated us with the same amount of care and respect considering the fact we were there so late. Their services were quick and easy! I got my Mini fixed within 48 hours which is GREAT considering we had to order a new wheel lock key from their warehouse. What impressed me most was the fact that they even cleaned Mini for me! I highly recommend this place to any and all mini owners. Will be coming back in the future.

The experience with this dealership was unlike any other we have had. There was so pressure to buy whatsoever. The staff was very knowledgeable without trying to embellish the product/features with the typical “wow” factor you come to expect at most, if not all other car dealerships. The transparency with the contract/purchase/leasing was very refreshing and appreciated. They were very accommodating and genuinely nice people.

Made a service appointment for a Friday at 1PM, telling them car wouldnt start and I suspected I need a new starter as the battery was new and there was power. Get it towed to them before 1 PM and they call me hours later asking whats wrong with the car (again, starter). They say ok but they dont do inspections on Saturdays so they can get me an update Monday. On Monday they text me with apologies and letting me know theyll give me an update on Tuesday. Tuesday they tell me theyll start with the starter replacement and The cost of the starter is $1400 after tax. At this point, Im thinking thats incredibly high but its now the 5th day theyve had my car and I need it done so give the go-ahead. Ok, now they need to order the part (that I told them I suspected I needed making the appointment). For the record, AllDATA and national average for replacing the starter on my exact year, make, and model is $691 with 2.5 hours labor but New Country uses their own manufacturers book time that is determined internally. In the end, it came to $1121.91 for the job: $357.13 for the part and $764.78 for labor. No one would tell me how many hours it took or why it is 62% more than other certified dealers quotes. Also, the check engine light is on now.This car was purchased from this dealership by my friend when we were in college and I bought it from her. Just about every bit of work has been done here for about a decade but theyve lost me as a customer.
