One of the best experiences I have ever had at a Starbucks. I wanted to try something new and Ricky suggested I order a a BLONDE espresso frappe with oat milk, CHAI, and cinnamon dolce with whipped cream and dolce powder. I tried this drink and I went to heaven. I will be returning everyday for the rest of my life.

Friendly and helpful staff. Summer hours are a bit of a challenge (Mon - Fri 9 - 3) makes it difficult to visit unless you work downtown.

Great small Barnes and Noble at UCONN along with a Starbucks and a gift store with UCONN merchandise. Theres not much books but I found some good deals.

Awesome place to study, meet, plan, and socialize. Its open late enough and opens just as timely.

Barnes and Noble is a nice place to spend a few hours reading or perusing the latest releases. Even though the prices are high compared to what you would find online, I still enjoy the experience of looking through the pages of a book before I purchase. This is a much smaller Barnes and Noble than a typical retail location because it is a college store, but they still have a wide collection of books. Expect to pay higher prices than online, but if you want to see a book before you buy it or explore many different books, Barnes and Noble is still a great store!

Came to the Starbucks at about 12:30 on Sunday, February 9th. Wanted to sit down and do some homework and get some coffee. However. I quickly asked the bartista for another Starbucks location as the people that were there acted as if they did not want to serve me. Especially the one young lady with the short hair and nose piercing that decided to walk off as if I was irrelevant and go sit down as I was standing at the counter to be served. Please politely remove every single person that works at this location and diversify your crew. Thank you. I will never return back to this racist location.

Larger, better stocked B&N than the UConn Stamford store. Hartford B&N actually carries books other than textbooks and has a real technology section. They also have some neat non UConn branded gift items. I knocked it down a star because they didnt carry the new USB cable for my brand new phone.

Love the place really quite, love Starbucks service is okay sometimes slow depends on employees

For some reason, they can not seem to be able to move the lines fast. It takes them forever to make few drinks...it is busy, tou might as well go to a different location...also, quiet often they do not have sandwiches available, at 10am...they must pick up the pace!

Easy to steal textbooks from this location hahaha just kidding...unless

This place does not answer the phone, books are on back order and not the friendliest employee’s

Parking was easy, the store is setup nicely, and it’s in a neat area of the city. I bumped it down because the staff was so loud I could barely concentrate on the book I was trying to read, not bad besides that specific factor.

My questions are always answered!! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
