This is one of the most amazing retail experiences I’ve ever had. Their staff is professional and very helpful. I found the perfect dress in less then 20 minutes. Their pricing is affordable and reasonable for the extremely good quality of the dresses. Compared to any other dress shop this is definitely the best and I’ve been to almost all of them. BEST PLACE EVER!!!! Seriously I would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

I went here today for my sweet 16 to pick out a dress. My mom and I have been having trouble finding a nice dress, because I was amazed by another dress I saw somewhere else. Not only did this store have an amazing selection, the customer service is amazing. They really make you feel like family. I would definitely suggest this store for when you are looking for dresses. Also, I found a dress I loved more than the other one.

Went last minute to get some alterations to my dress before flying out next day for a destination wedding. It was 20 minutes before closing and the ladies gave me all their attention. Repairs where done and didnt even charge me! Awesone place...great people!

We always try to support family owned businesses but I wont be visiting this place again. The lady helping my sister with wedding dresses was so rude. She wanted to tell her what dresses she could/couldnt wear a veil with. I can understand she may be the expert, however the last decision isnt hers. She was pushy and their comments were unprofessional. If you happen to see an elderly lady, speak to her. She was the only kind person we spoke to.(We went to Davids Bridal instead and found the dress!)

Many options, great prices. I would have given 5 stars if the daughter that is taking over the business from her father was not so terribly rude. I hope she can change that so the business isnt driven into the ground.

Only place in Hartford where you can find the type of dress you want, but one problem the prices are a bit high.

I was a brides maids 1 of 12 we orderd dresses from here we were told in the beginning one price. And paied different on the end. $30 for rush delivery (dress was ordered in Janurary) dress didnt not come in Rush received dress 10 days prior to wedding in May. When dresses were in sizes were wrong ordered 3-4 sizes big or to small after measurements were taken. We were then charged $20 for alterations. The first time I tried on my dress it need to be take in around the bust and hemmed shorter. I went back 2days later after I was called that my dress was ready when I tried on the bust line was bulky and sewed horribly the hem line was un even and still to long I left dress after three times and morning of the wedding I ended up with an un even hem on dress. ALL 12 brides maids had an issues with dress sleeves as in un even hem line. not taken in properly. We were told that earrings and necklace was included they argued they never said that. Daughter Diana and Father are extremely RUDE they were in the store pushing each other arguing. Then the father saying he he tired of this F-ing wedding party that we can take our money somewhere else (this is 3 days before wedding). When I kept explaining to Diana that dress is not even at the bottom she was sucking her teeth and getting an attitude. Horrible customer service and very rude. I will NEVER go to this store again or recommend any one to go here for anything!

I am one that knows nothing about dresses. My daughter was in a sweet 15 and she is 4 years old. The dress that she needed to where we tried on 3 times. Each time they put a skirt underneath to lift up the dress. They charged me 260 for the dress plus tax which I paid. My husband went to pick up the dress and tried it on with the skirt underneath. It looked great my husband said and he left not taking the skirt underneath. When I asked him where it was when he arrived home he said that the lady said it was not included. So I called the next day and husbands wife was so horribly rude and disgusting I could not beleive how she treated. In person she seemed soo sweet. When I called and tried to explain that I was not told it wasnt included she said oh well its a mistake and get over it the dress cost 260 maybe you should of got something more economical then to be able to afford the 24.00 for the skirt. I tried to tell her that it was not about the 24.00 but the fact that everytime she went to try it on they put the skirt on as well not letting me know it wasnt included. I then said well now since I dont have the skirt which they measured the dress to include the skirt is now too long with out it. She then said that I will need to pay 30 to have it cut. I could not believe the rude and arrogant attitude coming out of her mouth. She then put the phone down while I was still on the line and was talking to a coworker about me and how she could care less what I thought and that it was only 24.00. I cant believe she would rather loose a customer for 24! I have never been treated so bad and could not beleive the cold hearted person she became over a mistake that she admitted was hers for not telling me that it was not included. I even asked if I could just rent it for free and return it to her and she said nope sorry I asked her if this is the way she treats her customers and she said Yes, this is way I treat my customers. I just hope that if you go there hope to not have any communication issues or hickups because she will treat you as she did me. I asked for Tony and she said he was not in. Tony actually seems nice in person as she did but I do not think he would have treated me this way. This woman was his wife and I could not imagine allowing my business to be run that way or I would go out of business. Not a good experience at all.

I do not recommend them! Customer service is lousy! They gave me the wedding dress 👰‍♂️ dirty! I let him know, and they tell me it came from the factory like this! Thing I do not understand or if it was so they had to see my suit checked before giving it to me! They treated me with a bad attitude and wanted me to wear the dirty suit! At the end of the day I went with another suit and the employees and owners, angry that I did not keep the dirty suit! I would not return even being the last store!
