Read reviews prior to purchasing a used vehicle and was pleased to see several about how they serviced vehicles after purchase and were fair and reasonable in the event a problem arose. A problem did arise and Broadway was quick to offer a fair/reasonable solution upfront no discussion. Best service EVER.

The owner... Dennis? I believe that was his name... SUPERB business owner. In these economic times I chose to support this local business instead of Carnac, or carvana. And boy they did not let me down. This transaction earned five stars by the little details. My vehicle came with a full tank of gas, the interior was CLEANER than it could’ve been from the factory, and all interactions were cheery, informative and all around it seemed like the experience was designed to make me (the customer) feel welcome and not pressured. Was skeptical after readin a few of these other reviews, but I pulled the trigger anyways. I was in a slight rush to find something reliable and in our budget my wife found a Celica she had wanted since she was younger. The reps here were professional and friendly very good experience and they seem to know what they’re doing.

Stopped in to look at a truck I was very interested in. I was told it needed an airbag sensor or something fixed before being sold or test driven. I asked him if I can leave my name or phone number for when it was ready so I could have the first shot at it when it was good to go. He told me not to bother.I called the following day to see if it was ready and was told to stop over the following day. I just stopped over and I am not even allowed to test drive it because someone put it on hold this morning. How is that fair? I was trying to do the same and was told I couldn’t two days before this guy. I understand he has the right to sell to whoever he wants, but why not let me have the same opportunity as the other guy who showed up later?I live right around the corner and will continue to drive right past them whenever I need a truck from now on.

I purchased A Dodge Ram from Broadway and they go above and beyond to help there customers! They walked me through the vehicle put brand new tires on it and have done anything that has come up. Some people have placed negative comments and with my experience they are completely true to there word! I highly recommend Broadway to anyone looking for a vehicle on a budget! Again not one single problem and repairs are discounted 20 percent when you service with them! My daughter will be needing a reliable car in a few months and will definitely return! Remember buying used means they are not new vehicles but they are fully inspected and very well maintained vehicles. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.! Buying a vehicle can be stressful experience. Trust seems to be the hardest thing to find in a used car dealership. Unfortunately, this shop is not trustworthy. One of my good friends, a hero and Air Force veteran, was treated very poorly by this shop. They sold him a lemon and will not take responsibility for their deceitful actions. In fact, they screamed at him when he asked them to fix the oil leak that they failed to fix the day he drove the truck off the lot. This is honestly what everyone fears when they are buying a vehicle. Obviously, this shop doesnt care about anything but money. They would rather sacrifice the safety and trust of this community so they can line their pockets with dirty money. Lets hope they end up doing right, because this is a disgusting situation.

Absolutely unprofessional. My husband just got out of the military so we moved back to Wisconsin. We wanted to get him a decent truck for the winter here, so we went to Broadway Automotive. Immediately after driving the truck away from the shop after purchase, the ABS light comes on. When we got home we also discovered someone put RTV on the oil drain plug. We were told we would get a 10 day power train warranty so we called about using it and the salesman said I never said you had that. We brought this up with the owner and he told us salesman was fired. So we took the truck back in and they claimed to have fixed the issue. We just discovered a couple days ago that the oil drain plug is still leaking. My husband politely told him that the issue wasnt fixed and the owner screams at him that he wont fix it for free, its a 17 year old truck, and tells him never to come back after screaming some more. Just because its an older truck does not mean it should have been sold to him with all of these issues. We arent looking to have every single thing on the truck to be fixed, just the obvious serious damages that were covered up. I cant believe this place is still in business with how they treat people theyve tried to screw over.

We recently purchased a vehicle here and I was very nervous as I’ve never purchased a used vehicle before. Richard, the gentleman who sold it to us, was very kind and helpful. We did end up having some problems with it that had to be addressed and repaired, however for the very fair price we paid for the vehicle, we knew that might be a possibility. It did end up being more than we had planned for, however, When all was said and done however, and after speaking to Dennis, he made good on his word to stand by his vehicles, AND his customer. This is one of the best places to buy a car! I bought my car from here before starting my first year at college and it has ran ever since-over two years ago! I have never had any serious problems with it, and I bring it here for all of its regular repairs (oil change, headlights, etc.). The salesmen are very friendly and helpful, especially for someone who doesn’t know too much about cars like me. They truly want you to find the best car for you! Aside from that, for the quality of car you get, and for a college student like myself, the prices are very reasonable-not only for just the car but for the repairs as well! My son bought a truck 3 weeks ago and was told it had a 10 day powertrain warranty. Later he was told by the owner that there is no powertrain warranty. My son was lied to so they could make a sale. After sitting in my driveway for 2 days there was leaking from the oil plug and transmission tail shaft. he brought it back . They fixed the leaking tail shaft but the oil plug is still leaking. Now the owner refuses to fix the original oil leak from the plug. he was yelling at my son on the phone. Do NOT buy from this place. This is how they treat Veterans

Dennis is a crook. First of all. Just look at his responses on here. Classy. I had a problem on a car i bought from him and went back to talk to him about it. He yelled at me exclaiming that he was working and how would i like it if he came to work to bother me? Um. I bought i car from you so how am i bothering you. Anyways. Got the state involved and he ended up buying the car back from me. Cant believe he still is in business.

Judy Kohout my husband made a horrible mistake . He took our Grandson to look for a pickup truck and was really sold a bill of goods. They make a 10 day warranty statement which is just to sell the truck. Our Grandson is a veteran who never treated the owner with anything but respect and was hollered at by the owner. Be smart and go elsewhere.

NEEEEEEEVVVVVVEEEERRRRRR BUUUUYYY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!! I bought a used 2010 chevy cobalt. Within about 3 months of purchasing it we had to replace the engine. When we brought it back to the dealer ship and asked if they would take care of it they told us no because it was my fault that it was broken. They fixed it at our expense. I was so angry but let it go because I assumed all was well. I now have had the car for about 8 months and now we need a new transmission. We are not even going to consider going back to the dealer ship because of how unhelpful they where, and how rude they where to us. I have never been more upset with a car dealership. I haven’t even had the car for year and I needed a new engine and a new transmission.

Dennis told us that he would fix our alternator when he had time. That he would call us to let us know when he was ready. We told him that that was fine that there was no hurry. Well that was last year. He told us to put the car in the back by the storage unit. Well we got a visit from the police saying that we abandoned the car there. Broadway says they had no idea whos car it was. We had talked to Broadway and they said they would give us the key back. Excuse me.. Did you just say you had our key to the car but didnt know whos car it was. We even bought the car from there. Dont not buy or get your vehicle fixed from this place. Stay far far away. Take your business to someone who care.

Just had my car serviced at Broadway, very happy.

Went to see a vehicle they told me was available and on the lot. It was not. Looked at another vehicle asked about timing belt, work that has been done on it, and all I got was an, I dont know. He walked away from us twice when we were asking questions about a vehicle that clearly was, cleaned up and had been in an accident at some point and had a horrible paint job, and rust was just painted over..and the color wasnt even the vehicles same paint color so it looked horrid.

I wouldn’t even give 1star. False advertising. Have car on Craigslist and website that isn’t even on their lot. Talked to them on phone, they said they had car so I drove 2 hours 1 way to find out they didn’t have the car they were advertising
