I cant believe I didn’t know this place was only a half mile from me! I was showing my horse at the capital challenge horse show in Ohio and I went into their mobile unit to get a nameplate put on my new bridle. When they saw my phone number was from Wisconsin, they then told me that’s where their physical store was!Whether it’s engraving and attaching plates or getting monograms put on various items, the results are always beautiful. The staff is a pleasure to work with. Love everything about this business!

The whole entire process I felt like I was a bother to them. This was my first time ever getting embroidery done & I finally had to tell Felicia “I’m sorry I have never done this before, I have no idea what I’m doing” because I felt like I was such a bother to her & wasting her time. I was hoping to bring more products of mine to be done, but I will not be back. I was charged $95 for 3 letters on 6 towels. Good quality, but ridiculously expensive. I was told they usually charge $10 a NAME but since I wanted bigger letters Felicia charged me $15. I never once asked for bigger letters, nor did I think 3 letters would be more money than an entire name.

For years Ive been using this place for odd small taylor needs, Im always very pleased.
