The first time A to Z came out I thought that they were good, but I decided to add an addition and the guys they sent out this time were great their names were Alex and Chris these two work well together, they cared about our needs, they cared how they fence would look on our property, they kept saying” whatever makes you happy we are here to make you happy” this kind of genuine customer service is unheard of these days they could have made 10 mistakes and I would t have said just based on their customer service, plus the work they did was unmatched neighbors on both side of me have fences and it makes me glad I used A to Z Quality fencing and customer service, also I would like to thank Tanya which was Tanya the awesome office lady and first point of contact she was always just a phone call away through the whole process and she was so nice, caring and professional I’m sure glad she sent someone out that matched her customer service, with all that being said A to Z is highly recommended by me.

I was given a quote over the phone and was told I would get a more specific quote within two days. After 3 days I never received an email quote so I contacted them again. As of today, no one has the courtesy to return my call. I will have my fence built by a more responsible company. I would go into more specifics, but I see other customers have the same concerns.

The crew was friendly, discussed adjustments and made them happen.

Called and spoke with someone in late May about getting a quote. Was instructed to go on their website and use the online estimator for a ballpark range, then set up an in person consult to get an actual quote. I did that (got an email from Tanya on June 1), someone came out to measure/etc on June 2nd, and I was told I would have a concrete quote in a day or two. It is now July 18. I have called multiple times, left messages, and emailed, and I still have heard nothing back. They have apparently decided to stop answering the phones. At this point I really have no interest in working with a company that cant be bothered to respond to a potential client. Yes, Im sure theyre busy. So is everyone else right now. Yet somehow the two other calls I placed for quotes - one of whom was a one man show booked 2 mo out - still managed to give me the courtesy of a call back within 24 hours of my messages. Do better.

The team went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend them. Tanya, Austen and Todd were are incredibly professional, responsive, friendly, helpful and we are incredibly happy with the final product.

Had them install a vinyl fence years ago and now looking to have them do another vinyl fence cuz I love it so much and their service was great.

Worked for a company that had a fence installed, I don’t recommend them, they got into an argument with my electrician on site over something stupid and it’s was really unprofessional. I’m sure the owner will comment some bogus response to this comment as he has on others, I need work done on a personal level and I will look elsewhere. They also lost the check we sent them and that pushed back our install, come to find out the office put it on their refrigerator 🙃

I am very happy with my fence and the crew that installed it. They did a great job and communicated with me throughout the day. The office staff however is lacking. My on site consult was changed several times, my phone calls were not returned in a timely manner or not returned at all. The final result and the crew was well worth it.

A to Z installed our original fence in 2003. Aaron was great so when we needed a new fence installed at a new property we were happy to learn that A to Z was still in business.That was short-lived. Traci, initially, responded to our questions to the point of our visiting the showroom in Hartland, to an onsite visit and measure of our new property in June, 2020. From there its been crickets.After repeated emails and voice mails, we had to give up and find a contractor that is responsive.A to Z lost out on a five figure job.Aaron, you need to get control of your business.

A to Z quality fencing is one of the best there is in the business. Came in and did my fence in a day with high grade material. Very easy to work with and there estimating tool on their website was very easy to use!

From start of first contact to get a quote started to a no show after requesting a time change took over three weeks. Sent email to request time change for in person measurements from 5 to 5:30. I was informed it would be passed along. My request was not passed along for time change instead it was passed the we canceled our time slot. Not the type of folks I would enjoy doing business with.

Reached out for a quote on a fence, got a quick online quote and tried to schedule an in-person estimate. They emailed me once saying they would get back to us and ghosted us since then, ignoring the 3-4 additional emails I sent them and the dozen or so phone calls to the different phone numbers they have listed. The last time I had heard anything from them was June 12th.We decided to go through a different local fencing company instead, who have been very responsive and attentive to our needs. We have a signed contract, down payment made, and tentative install date (weather permitting) with the new company.A to Z finally reached out tonight, July 31st, to try and set up an on-site consultation. Too little too late, and what had been my first choice for a fencing company became a company I wouldnt recommend to anyone to spare them the frustration.Update 4/10/21: We had our fence installed by D&D Fence last fall, and we love it. It took them 2 days to fully install over 400 of fence (half of the length was 6 cedar privacy fence and half was 4 black chain link). Would absolutely recommend D&D, and will be leaving them a positive review.

We are very happy with the result of our fence installation. It looks fabulous! Crew was friendly, efficient, timely, and all around great! They even came a day earlier than originally scheduled! This is the third fencing project I have done with A to Z Quality fencing and they do not disappoint. Their website allows you to draw the fence you want out on a map and also do multiple quotes with different fencing. It gives you an idea of the cost. It is then sent to them and they will send you an actual quote. Their staff is very friendly and helpful and the installers are very professional! Great warranty also!

The staff at A to Z fencing are dependable and very affordable. They came to my house, accommodated my schedule and the weather, which was up and down, and got the job done in a very reasonable time frame.They have an impressive warranty and the quality of material is very high.I found them accidentally looking for another fence company, and so glad I did.I would highly recommend them.

The guys arrived at 8:30 am, ripped out my old fence, and installed the new fence by 4:00 pm! They invited me out to look at things a few times before they put on the finalizing screws and touches, explained some ways to fill in some gaps between the fence and a steep area of the yard, and carried rocks and planters around my yard to cover these gaps until we can do some landscaping. The value was incredible for the work that they did. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quality fence!

The team at A to Z has been nothing but amazing! From the time I called to the prompt response to my request for an estimate, and then the quality of the workmanship! I have now had Aaron and his crew install two separate fences for me and my family, and both have been beautiful! One fence was a 6 ft vinyl privacy fence and the other a shorter cedar fence, and they are both works of art in my opinion. They have blended beautifully with the structure of the homes they went with, and the crew was diligent in making things work and look pleasing to the eye...not just slapping it together to get it done. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again!

Best experience I’ve had with a contractor, ever. I was kept in the loop, knew what to expect and when, absolutely zero mess left behind.

Bad customer service and when my mom complained about it wanting the customer service to be resolved, the owner answered the phone didn’t want to hear it and was rude and defended an employee who was rude and lied about her work. I understand defending your employees but when they’re causing you to lose business and do not want customer complaints to be resolved... that’s an issue. And they took hours longer than they needed to and didn’t finish the job in the end. They didn’t care about this bad review because they have so many good other ones so beware if you have something wrong they will not worry about it! They will go above and beyond to get your money but to come back and fix an issue was a huge hassle

We were referred to A-Z Fencing by a local hardware store when we wanted quotes on a partial yard enclosure of black vinyl chain link fence. With the late winter storms we werent in a huge rush, but wanted ours up for the spring thaw. Traci, Renee, and Aaron were fantastic to work with, providing a fast quote with materials of excellent quality. They drove 2 hours to confirm the location and fence measurements to provide us the in person quote, and guaranteed installment by June 1st. In a week of rain, they arrived May 4th - yes, Saturday - with a crew of three, and did a fantastic job! They even accommodated a last minute gate location, were extremely pleased with A-Zs service, quality, and their guarantee of customer satisfaction. Failed to install fence in proper spot, moves property line in by a foot. Did not remove all of existing fence, installed fencing crooked, left yard a mess and did not even fill in the post holes.. and did not return calls.. Lowes contracted this group.. will not use lowes ever again or this company.***update **All these items have been fixed and the lack of response was due to Lowes not doing their job. They have gone above and beyond to make up for an issue that was not there cause, they will have my future business, thank you gentlemen for your professionalism.

Left lose fence posts and also bent multiple posts driving in with nematic hammer . Called and spoke to owner and was told 6-8 weeks to come back out. Go on take the money and run!! Gates poorly adjusted, and fence bottom left way too high.
