Insane selection of golf clubs like no other. Prices are very good and the ability to try the clubs out deals the deal for me.I actually have to subtract a star for the stickers they use on every golf club for barcodes and pricing. They take up a 1/4 of the shaft and It’s really obnoxious to remove them and requires a gallon of goo gone… please use a different method, pretty please.

I ordered an iron set, to be delivered to Zurich Switzerland. They arrived in one week and are in excellent condition just like the post said. 10/10 mikes golf outlet I highly recommend.

Ordered a shaft for my M2 driver and put in comments the exact playing length I needed. It was a used shaft and showed up perfect length and in really good condition, with the new grip I paid $8 for. Shipping to Calgary, AB, Canada took approximately 10 days total.Before ordering I phoned in to get specs of the driver shaft length and how to measure the current driver shaft length in my M2. They were very helpful on the phone.

I bought a driver a few weeks ago that had a sticker price of $219 but guy helping me thought it would be $270. Got a great deal and love the club. Will go back because I need a hybrid and fairway wood.

Fantastic experience. Needed to replace a missing 3 iron, and wanted a hybrid 21-degree that matched my driver/3/5. Found them both online at Mike’s for a fair price, and 72 hours later they arrived at my house. Wow! I’ll be back to shop at Mike’s, it’s a no-brainer!

I have read all of the great reviews but dont feel bad about the review I am getting to leave. They deserve less than the 1 star I gave them. I placed an order through Ebay on June 2nd estimated arrival June 8. On June 9th I sent an email with no response. Sent another email asking for a tracking number. So far I have emailed 4 times, phoned and left 3 messages with Customer Service with no response. I have called the retail store 2 times with no response. I tried their chat system. Entered my name, phone number and email and my request. After 3 minutes of no response, I get a message that no one is there. Everything I have tried was during business hours. If I ever get a response or get what I ordered, this will be my first and last dealings with Mikes Golf Outlet. Should have read reviews before purchasing. Others have had the same experience as I have. Terrible customer service. I agree Covid caused some problems but if you have so many complaints and blame on staffing, you might want to do some customer service training.

I purchased a used set of Titleist AP1 712’s irons (4-W) on Thursday and received them that Saturday with free shipping! The site said they were used and in “par” condition, so I didn’t expect a new set or anything. When I received them they were in really good condition! Much better than I expected! I cleaned them off with some soap and water and polished them with a dry rag and they sparkled! I couldn’t wait to take them out. Very satisfied and I highly recommend going through Mike’s Golf Outlet!

Might as well buy new. I purchased an iron set, supposedly a year old, in May for not much less than retail. On the practice range, the head of the 5 iron broke clean off. When I called to ask about getting it repaired, Dan seemed almost offended that I would ask and went on to say I can pay retail price to have it repaired.If youre just getting started or need a quick fill in club, they do have a bunch. Spend the extra 10% and buy an iron set new.

First time and definitely not the last Mike the owner was awesome guy knows his stuff super friendly. He picks a great stuff always asking if you need help. His prices are fair and he has areas for you to try out the clubs before purchase

Here is my experience dealing with Mikes Golf;June 10 - June 13 - Searched for the right club for me, finally settled on three different clubs that I likedJune 13 - Made final decision, placed order, paid for it immediatelyJune 15 - Tracking number provided for Shipment (that apparently never occurred)June 16 - 07:08 - Notified club had been sold in store, that I can choose a replacement or refund.June 16 - 07:37 - I requested a refund and told seller I did not understand and would leave negative feedbackJune 16 - 10:06 - Notified seller that I would take a replacement if they provided a discount for my troubleJune 17 - 09:06 - They agreed to replacement with upcharge of $25.00June 17 - 10:45 - I agreed to their terms via Reply.June 17 - After not hearing back, I called their customer service at 11:41am 4:07pm and 5:15pm, to make arrangements, the final call I told them that unless they got back to me by the end of the day I would leave negative feedback and be done with them, they are just not reliable and not worth the aggravation of doing business with.They show no urgency to take care of customer service issues THEY CAUSED !If I could have I would have left ZERO STARS !

AWESOME selection of used clubs, probably the most used clubs Ive ever seen in person. Theyve also got a pretty awesome section for testing clubs that will give you all of your simulator readouts. One of the employees that I dealt with were not very friendly but may have just been my experience, not sure.

Would not recommend using this place if you are buying online. You end up paying for shipping costs and are informed the product will be delivered within 5 days ‘ guaranteed and speedy.’ However this isn’t the case, I find it absurd that as a customer we pay for shipping and the product will not he shipped on Mikes Golf Outlets end for 2 weeks.

I ordered a set of Irons from them on Ebay and instead of being informed that the ones I ordered were not available they sent me a totally different set. I sent them messages asking how they were going to resolve the mistake and I heard nothing back. I had to call them and deal with the issue with there so called customer service dept.. I talked to Ryan who was supposed to get back to me regarding if the ones I wanted were available, once again I heard nothing. They just went ahead and issued me a refund. I will not being doing business with them in the future, very displeased with the whole process.

I love Mikes for apparel and accessories. I always stop in whenever we are in the neighborhood, to browse the new items. The staff are helpful and the selection and prices are very good. I ordered some clubs online on a Thursday evening and selected the next day air option hoping to get them in time to play late Saturday. They used next day air saver which doesnt deliver on Saturday where the regular next day air does. I didnt get the clubs in time, but when I let them know about the issue, they refunded me the $50 shipping charge.

One of best secret golf gems of the Northeast. They have a robust and reliable on-line presence, however, to truly experience Mikes shop you must stop in. Open to the public, the vast warehouse is full of every golf item imaginable. Vintage to modern, Mike has it all. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and they just added more hitting bays! I will never pay full retail again.

Had a great experience at Mike’s Golf Outlet. Was looking to revamp my set after having not gotten any new clubs in about 10 years. Alex the PGA member onsite asked me questions about my swing, what clubs I have been looking at and got me on the launch tracker. He picked out a set of TM M2 irons for me a ping g driver and TM M2 hybrid based on my swing speed launch angle etc. Even gave me a tip to adjust my grip slightly which helped me straighten out my irons a bit. Overall great experience, friendly staff and great value and tremendous selection of used clubs. Thanks again!!

Typically do not write reviews, but I was blown away by Mikes. Ordering used online, I typically am a little wary because sometimes my descriptions are not the same as the seller. Recently took up the game again after retirement and a 24 year absence from golf. Didnt want to spend a fortune oufitting with all new clubs, etc.First off - they have tremendous selection of anything you could want. Thousand and thousands of clubs.(You can even select on-line).Got a real nice set of 4 or 5 year old Ping woods and iron set in near mint condition at a reasonable price.As my game improves I have been back several times to trade up to later model clubs (driver, twice and a Ping hybrid iron). The later had a lower price on-line and Mikes matched/beat the price (including internet shipping).Ill continue to shop/trade there until I win the lottery and can afford a current year complete selection of 14 clubs.

I was purchasing a set of Cleveland MT 588 iron heads. They were shipped but never received. At first Mike would answer my emails: opening an inquiry with USPS and stated he would keep me informed. He did offer to refund my monies but I wanted the heads. I waited approximately 2-3 weeks and heard nothing. It was now outside eBays 30 day window. After this I sent Mike several emails trying to get a trade or refund, to no avail with no answer from Mike. Out of desperation, I got ebay involved. They opened a case which Mike did not respond to so ebay helped me. I even called Mikes 877 number, left a voice message, still no response from Mike.DO NOT TRUST THEM
