They didnt know what they were doing with my boyfriends hearing aid. It came back brand new from the manufacturing company, and they thought it needed fixing still, so they super glued it together!!! OMG!!! Well definitely not be going back there again. They seemed a bit shady about pricing too 😡
The audiologist did not know what she was doing. Very poor service. I would never recommend her to anyone. I waited longer than I was supposed to for a hearing aid to be fixed and when she replaced the tubing she didnt know how to cut it properly and used super glue to hold it. I also was told by my girlfriend that she tried to overcharge me and I was in an emergency need of getting it fixed cause it quit working and I am almost totally deaf without them.
Lori helped me lot. She saved me a lot of money when my left aid went bad.. Thanks again Lori...

With the situation we are in now Ms. Stevens managed to acquire a new set of hearing aids for me at no charge. Unfortunately taking off my mask was the culprit. So let this be a warning to others to be extra cautious. Thank you so much Lori Stevens for taking the time to ❤ care.
Very bad service. I have a broken hearing aid, placed multiple calls to Hearing Life as they asked me to. Because of the virus, theyre closed, so they told me call, which I did. NO response at all. Hearing Life has NOT called me back, therefore only a one-star review! Please can you help?!?
Very pleasant experience
I stopped in as my left hearing aide had hone silent. I replaced the dome & filter but still had no sound.Turns out, that wax had gotten down and was blocking the speaker.I was up and hearing in less than 5 minutes!
