I came in to the counter for the first time when it was very busy, a woman named Colby helped me to find the right shower trim that I needed, she was the reason Im giving this review..She was knowledgeable very bright and very quick with the service after taking my order she ran to get my items and was back within minutes! These five stars are for her excellent customer service. Thanks again Colby.

James Kates shouldnt work with people... completely disrespectful and confrontational. When I asked for receipt proving I got my correct refund he got aggressive and in my face because I wanted proof I got the correct refund! Not sure why that is so hard because when people return things they always get receipt showing the proof of return yet that was too much for James. He then said I can go shop somewhere else simply because I wanted my receipt. Dude has anger issues.

Sweet Jesus, this place is NOT good. Had to make several trips back due to missing parts that the sales associate forgot to put on the order. We got the wrong bathroom faucets, and didnt realize it till they were installed by our plumber. So I had to take them apart and bring them back, they almost didnt let us return them because they saw drips of water in the box so they knew that that they had been installed. The 2 faucets came in 2 totally different sized boxes which means there was something weird going on in their warehouse. Now the supply lines on the correct faucets are a 1/2 inch too short so they dont reach my supply pipes. The vendor they use to make the top for our vanity didnt cut the right size openings for the sinks we had ordered, so they gave us 2 different sinks that were close in size for free and discounted the top by $150, so that was ok, but good god. Sales associate was not very knowledgeable.Also, always price check, and never accept the first quote they give you, they can always discount it more. I have 3 other outdated bathrooms in my house...ill be getting all my supplies elsewhere.

This place says it’s open saturdays till 4pm but that’s a lie I come here 3:18pm and they are gone with a sign on the door saying closes @1pm...u Guys should definitely look into changing your website hours to match your signs on your doors!!!
