MakeHartford is an outstanding local non-profit MakerSpace. Tools abound for everything from old fashioned hand wrought wood working to the latest in laser cutters, 3D printers, large format vinyl cutter and CNC machines. Classes are offered regularly and there is a committed group of people with varied interests to help with any project. If youre a maker or a craftsperson without access to the tools or help you need, just stop by (Wednesday nights are Open Houses) and check out what the space has to offer and meet some of the folks.
