I know there’s a lot of stuff going on in the world, but this is just sad. Majority of the shelves were empty, and I don’t know what it is with Best Buy but you can never find an employee to help you. They’re usually all standing over in a corner talking with each other. After walking around for 15 to 20 minutes, and realizing no one wanted to talk to me, I left. It’s sad, Best Buy wants to make money, and they’re trying to compete with people. So why would you allow customers to walk out and go to your competitors?
Staff in computer department were unhelpful. They made me wait almost 20 minutes to get something locked up in the case. Plenty of people walking around and blue Best Buy shirts though..... Must be nice having a monopoly on electronics
I have to wait an hour to get attended just for a laptop. those guys in the front, they dont even care if you get attended, why are asking us what we need with that horrible attitude. Thank God a good employee show up and gave a discount for the waiting. Best buy used to be my favorite store. Not any more!!

Bought a tv and wall mount, was supposed to get it installed 2 weeks after purchase. The day of install no call to tell me when they will be there. Time comes and no one shows up. After spending an hour on hold they said oh their not coming and they will have to reschedule for a month later. Lost a customer for life and glad i got a full refund
Store was a bit messy, but I suspect they were doing an overnight inventory. Still, was able to find what I wanted and several options to boot!
The employees in the appliance department and computer departmentWere so helpful. Took time to answer questions and took time to search other items for me. The store has a very friendly staff. I went in the evening when it was less busy.

For a Best Buy its fine but out of the 5 items I wanted to buy 4 of them were just hanging tags that said, Find an associate.Two of the items had to be ordered online and shipped to my hope (they covered the shipping) but overall not a great store experience. The point of going to a store is to see the item and shop for things.The staff was very friendly and helpful though.
The store is posted closed at the doors for in store shopping but on the web and the App the store is listed as open to the public. Very poor communication and service at the door. When asked about the difference the response was curt and short with her pointing at the posting and saying I’m not correct. Yet, as I write this several people came and left not knowing they weren’t open either.Honestly, I only did curbside only since the store is always a disappointment and poorly maintained. Things are listed as available, yet not in any of the locations the App says they should be. When you ask the staff it’s a pot luck. The people at the phone kiosk don’t want to deal with you unless you’re buying the newest phone. So on and so on.
Checked online for a specific computer wall charger- directed to this Best Buy. When I went there in the morning and inquired about the charger: I got the brush off from two ignorant twits. Left and then called around and contacted the Best Buy online resources. Where did they direct me for the charger- Best buy in White Plains.Husband went in the afternoon and voila -he got the charger. Needless to say the two twits were not working 5 hours later sooooooo

Bought warranty for new computer, I barely used. 5 months had issue with software which wasnt covered with the warranty. Waste of money on computer and warranty. Never will I buy at Best Buy again. Dont do it... Micro Center is easy better.

Angel at the cell phone station was more involved with his own phone than helping me buy a new one.
I hate this place. So at the door I’m asked if I need help. First thought no, just need the direction to iPad cases. The associate points, I went in search. Fine.I get in the area n can’t find the size I need. I sent my 11 yr old, all the way back to the front to ask for help. He come back n tells me they said I have to walk all the back to the front to “check in”. So I saw bald associate n asked for help n he looked past me n said I’m looking for someone who needs help with a charger. I waited n bald associate help the guy with the charger n walked away.I walked to the front n walked out the store. Amazon has this stuff anyhow.
They dont really have anything anymore. Its easier to buy everything in Amazon.

Not one to leave reviews but for this i had to. Walked in to get a product they said was available in store online. Was greeted by a rude female working in the front who was slouched over the desk asking me what i needed help with. When i told her about the product she instantly said, We dont have that. I told her they have it in stock online, so she gets on her earpiece and says to Johnny, Can you look for this product i explained to him we dont have it but he knows better then us i guess with the nastiest attitude. Get better front end workers without attitudes to greet the customers. I literally just walked out the store and drove to BB in MV instead. We all have bad days but dont take it out on customers when you work a customer service job. It took everything in me not to respond to her nasty attitude.
The workers at this store are so in out of their depths with electronics it is absolutely ridiculous, I doubt they even know how to access this review let alone “help” any incoming customers with questions. Twice I’ve had to refund goods because after asking an employee specifically which products I needed. Thankfully there won’t be a third time as I refuse to give this place any more business and I hope anyone reading this does too.
I purchased a Fitbit a week earlier but was having problems linking it to my phone...i went in as soon as the store opened ... told them i needed help getting my Fitbit to work...the man at the front door call someone in the geek squad...the guy told him he was having breakfast and no one could help me!! I left and drove to PC Richards...told then what happened...they were happy to help me!! Shame on you!!!

I was being forced to leave the store with threats of email of warning after one question i ask to a femal staff should it be first come first serve?The femal staff who ignored me and being indifferent to my inquiry while helping customers later than me brought the manager who refused to communicate with me with no expalantion but harassed and threatened me.
Nothing on the shelves, nobody is well informed (even when you find someone), and cashiers need to at least pretend they care or know the answers to any questions you might have.
Staff are great and always help me look what Im looking for. But half the time Im looking for something, the store isnt carrying what Im looking for - I then end up ordering online and picking up in store or having it delivered. No issues otherwise.

I ordered a monitor for same day delivery and they delivered to a different address in a different city. They said my monitor would come the next day. Never showed up. Typical... Now will probably take 4 more hours to get my money back.
Avarage best buy with medicare service. Nothing special but also nothing specifically bad. They are well stocked and have a fast check out.

I went to Best Buy over the weekend in search for a TV. I was very pleased with the customer service provided and the level of knowledge the sales members displayed. Fantastic shopping experience. The team effectively managed the number of shoppers within the store at all times in adherence with COVID-19 guidelines. Team was knowledgeable and provided instant assistance for items that were in stock but not on the shelves.
Had some good interaction here but today I was disregarded when I went to buy a camera. I asked the man in the front for help and he said “Go to the camera aisle I’ll send someone there” I went and waited 10 minutes and no one came, I’m not one to remind someone of their job so I just left. Yall lost a big order too. Go somewhere where they care, had to go to Microcenter.

My kind of Best Buy! The staff has always taken care of me and I like how everything is arranged! The parking has always been smooth and the staff are very informed on all my hi tech needs! They sometimes overwhelmed when many customers coming at the same time, but if you will wait they will give you full attention.
Having to return a Samsung QLED TV that had an audio defect, went back to Best Buy only to find they did not have the same TV in stock. I have to say the staff, especially Nick and Matt, went above and beyond to find me a TV they did have in stock at a comparable price. Very professional and courteous. Great experience

The young man at the door asked what I was looking for and looked to see if it was in stock. It wasnt and he tried another best buy but it wasnt in stock there. He told me I could order it, which I did with a nice customer service rep. It will be shipped and possibly get it tomorrow or the next dat.
Really quick and efficient curbside pick up service. This Best Buy has got the curbside parking spaces done correctly compared to their other stores in Yonkers and Mt Vernon where associates have to search for card because the assigned spaces for curbside are not clearly marked or occupied by in store shoppers. Kudos to Best Buy Hartsdale for getting that correct and making my curbside experience fast and efficient!

This store was packed for Christmas I was surprisingly pleased to find out that everything Im looking for was still in stock and while the staff was very busy they were very attentive to my needs. I was able to purchase a 75-in smart TV for a ridiculously cheap price. This is after Black Friday

Best costume service ever had. Had to change a gopro our and in the city where I am from Charge me brand new with 2 year protection plan and she gave me that plus the new gopro and Charging me .75 cents.

I really like this Best Buy. The service here is always fast and friendly and their staff is always eager to help out in a good way. The prices are reasonable and they try to help you as much as they can.On my recent visit, I couldnt pass up a good deal on a TV, a 50 Vizio. I needed to replace my TV after 15 years, also a Vizio, and they had one for $299! Gasp!!My only problem is that I own a MINI Cooper! So the salesperson was good enough to measure the box and give me a tape measure so I can see if there was enough room in my car to purchase it. There was!Another sales rep, unbeknownst to the fact the car was already measured helped with the TV. When he saw the car, he said Oh I dont think thats going to fit maam. I told him Id make it fit and I took the TV and slipped it in. He was so shocked that he called two other reps to witness it. The scene was hysterical!! They actually took pictures!!Here is an inside view.
Easily accessible from the main road Central Ave. Plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles. The store was open, clean and well staffed with employees who were adhering to COVID guidelines.They had what I needed and I was in in out.

I bought a chest freezer from them last week, what a regret! Rented a truck to save on delivery. Brought it home up 2 flights of stairs only to unbox and find that it was severely damaged. It was dropped from height, the entire bottom was collapsed. I called and called and was transferred and was transferred so many times that it took the better of 3 hours to get absolutely nowhere, shame on me. The first person I spoke with was actually funny he had roosters in the background crowing....that was for an hour straight, lmao. The next couple of people I was transferred to were no help. I always shopped at Best Buy, but after this experience I’m not going back. Truth be told I’m writing this review as I’m on hold to get someone from the actual store to help with the return, it’s been 45 minutes so far. Sad state of affairs. What a joke!

This is my first negative review ever, based on the terrible treatment and customer service I just received from Best Buy.I stayed up until almost 2:00 am to get one of Best Buys TV deals, confirmed my order (and their site listed stock remained at various locations after my order was placed), Best Buy took my money and now told me it is out of stock. With no guarantee that the order will be filled, in the limited time the order remains open.Since this is a gift for my dad, I called Customer Service to see what was wrong and if anything can be done. I was also interested in other, more expensive TVs that they have in stock, but I can get the same TVs from Amazon (delivered to me) or P.C. Richards, which is a lot closer than Best Buy.They offered me an embarrassing $8-10 in gift cards depending on the price of my purchase, but only AFTER I purchased another TV, so I couldnt even use that amount now.Well Best Buy, you have lost a customer since you wasted my time last night (and while I waited on hold to speak to someone today), took my money before you filled my order, gave me the run-around and did not offer up any reasonable solutions.Taking someones money for a product you cannot fulfill is a very questionable business practice. Right now, I cannot see myself as a customer in your store or online ever again, not when there are better options available who, if there is a problem with an order, work to make it right and dont just say, we cant do anything for you.
I purchased a computer and the graphics card failed. They refunded me for the defective computer without any issues and gave me great advice on the purchase of another computer!
I have nothing but good words to say about the place. And the secret: Come morning on Monday. You will get full attention and a great customers service.
