I was in earlier today, i asked the employee named Donald for help opening one of the displays. He then told me to wait as he assisted another customer. i had no issue with this, i then asked him again as some time had pasted, he proceeded to yell and scream at me for asking for help. He told me to wait until he was done ringing up the entire line. The manager was there as well and did not help. He started screaming again telling me I TOLD YOU TO WAIT . absolutley unprofessional and rude. and for the manager to allow this is disgusting.
As a professional, Ill stop in and pick up some minor things.Not sure if the young lady is a manager, looking for brownie points with corporate but I find her attitude, eye rolling, condescension, and pushiness, offense.I do not need a lecture each time I decline the Sally credit card.AND... Her hair is RED, not plum, as she eye rolled and repeated herself when I said I liked her plum color. If she would work on her attitude rather than the highly decorative dagger nails, I may return as opposed to driving to Yonkers. I never seem to see the same faces more than twice anymore as far as employees.Not happy

Horrible staff especially the women with the color hair red or purple but she was rude and following me and my friend around then she asks us for help she acts like we are ready to pay i said not yet kept acting like she wanted us out ugh next time i go ima go with my group of friends soon to be hairdressers who plan to spend alot of money should get treated with respect

The store is very well organized and has a pretty awesome variety. Kimberly was super attentive and knowledgeable. Even my mom was impressed and thats not easily done!
I am appealing to the public avoid this store as much as you can, the staff members are very rude and unhelpful .the short purple hair young lady appears as if she wanted to attack me, the other with the long weave hair, was a little more mannerable but does not know what she is doing and appears very illiterate, the store hardly has any merchandise in it. Sally you need to close this store or provide the public with good customer service.

Is a great place to shopping all the girls goodies for your hair color, fake lashes, nails colors. Basically all a hairdresser needs. With $5 membership you get discounts. It worth the shopping here.
What a nightmare it turned out to be on my visit at this location!!! I came in to return a few items for merchandise credit without a receipt and the girl behind the counter did not seem like she knew what she was doing. She told me I can do an exchange but I just wanted store credit on a card which then she proceeded to tell me that she could not do that. I said to her I know you can put the store credit on a gift card then the girl told me she needed to get her manager from the back. When the store manager (I dont know her name because she was not wearing a name tag) came out to help me she had a SERIOUS attitude with me!First of all, this F A T P I G of a woman looked at my Ion Color Brilliance Sensitive Scalp 30 Volume Creme Developer and asked me Did you buy this here? I said yesss. Then she went to look for the item on the shelf which then she came back and told me they dont sell my item at their store so I went to go get the item off the shelf myself and apparently the packaging has changed but even still shouldnt have the manager known that? She made it seem like she did not know it was the same exact product but with different packaging. Then the manager asked me when did I buy this product and I told her I dont remember. Then she told me she could not return my product because it was old and she told me you have 90 days to return. I told her I know the policy... after 60 days or without a receipt you get credit. Love it or Return it!!!!!???????? Then she had the nerve to tell me that the product was all used up and I told her I used the product once and it burned my scalp bad thats why Im returning it!!! Meanwhile she was yelling at me in front of everyone at the store telling me that she cant give me store credit because it was like a year old then I told her that is not Sally Beauty Supply policy. The return policy is your money back guaranteed if you are not satisfied! How does the store manager not know the policy? She proceeded to yell at me and told me with an attitude that my Colortrak Safari Color Brushes that came in a pack of 2 which was not used was not eligible for return either.I had to take a step back because I could not fathom the treatment this woman was giving me. I was shaking at this point because I felt attacked. This woman unleashed all her misery on me and I do not deserve this kind of treatment and abuse!!!!! I have been a customer at Sally Beauty Supply for many many years and this kind of treatment I received was disgusting and disgraceful!!!!! The F A T P I G manager FINALLY decided to give me the store credit after I had to get yelled at and argue with her then she told me that this was the last time she was going to do this for me... Are you kidding me??!?!?????? Then she told me with an attitude of course that I was only going to get the lowest price for return. I already knew that since I know the return policy but she didnt need to treat me that way. Also, when she went to go look for the product on the shelf, there was another customer standing there and she told me she was waiting for the manager for a long time and that she was there before me. Who knows what was going on there... Honestly I will never step foot into this Sally Beauty location ever again. I have given plenty of business to this company over the years and this kind of treatment is appalling!!!FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY!!!

WORST SsB staff I have ever encountered: uninterested in your needs or to help, focused on their phones and seeming exasperated because you are interrupting them and all the time as if they were doing you a favor and to make matters worse, utterly unknowledgeable. I hope for your sake you know exactly what you are looking for and where to find it in there, because they dont. Avoid it, if you can. I surely will.
